$6.29 for a 1/2 cup of broccoli cheddar soup with a dirty spoon in it. And my girlfriend got a you pick two with a drink. And... paid over $21.00. So a total of $30.00 with a tip. Every table was dirty when we went to sit down. piles of dishes. With amanager sitting down and doesn't appear to be short staffed. Mmmm I dont think i will be returning. The staff here is polite and always very helpful. However, I am incredibly disappointed with the meal I was served today.... Normally, I have no issues at this location but today received this as my "sandwich ". It had one small sliver of chicken and 2tomatoes. This was a very disappointing and not worth the money. My first visit to this Panera was well worth it I ordered Salad Soup & Tea. All was freshly made.
One of our favorite places to eat at anymore. Little pricey but food is always good. 3rd time eating in a month. Used the app... last time, quick & convenient. Messed up the pick up time, called the store and they were happy to oblige the time mix up. Read more
The bread is always hard, but I love there soups. Pricey for what you get though. Customer service definitely needs some work,... especially the managers. Messed up my husbands food and the manager acted like "okay whatever" tone of voice. Food is good mostof the time other than then the bread. Read more
Honestly, at this point it's my fault for coming here as often as I have. Panera Bread has one of the best tomato soups out... there so when I feel bad I come here for that comfort food. At least 2x a year since this Panera came to Waterford, I've gottenthe tomato soup and Every. Single. Time I've found plastic in it. Each time I find it in my mouth I pull it out, certain thatthis time it's probably just tomato skin, but nope. Plastic. The second time it happened I just happened to be eating in therestaurant so I showed the manager, let them know it happened before and all she did was ask if I wanted another bowl of soup.The 2nd time this happened should have been enough given the fact that the piece of plastic I pulled out of my mouth was about 8inches long and about 3 inches wide when I unraveled it . But then time goes by, I forget, then one day I don't feel great andjust want tomato soup. The other day it happened again and I'm fed up. Don't get their tomato soup guys, it's just not worth it.And before someone asks me, yes this is definitely plastic and not tomato skin. Facility was clean... is handicapped accessible... they do catering.... great choices for children...high chairs available....... baby changing table in bathroom....fresh bakery items... outdoor seating is available.. food tasted delicious and fresh....would definitely come back... staff was courteous .... they offer a rewards program to earn free items with purchases... drivethru available... and plenty of parking Read more
I've been to many Panera bread restaurants. This by far was the worst. Very dirty floors. Staff was very inexperienced. They all... seemed very confused. Forgot to tell me that I could get a pastry for 99 cents w my order. When I went to add them in the manager seemed very confused about how to do that. Took a long time for him to figure out and he seemed to be irritated by that.The staff could have been dressed more professional and neat. Will not go back to this Panera again.
