Being from Arizona you don't get a lot of Southern barbecue. There are some very good cooks from the South or Chicago out in... Arizona. But if this place opened in Arizona it would put every other barbecue place out of business. To be a fast food chainMcDonald's, Burger King and arby's would not Even not stand a chance. If I had the money I would be the 1st Smithfield barbecueshop in Arizona. Went there with my sister to enjoy a meal While setting in the booth talking, I felt something cold hit my back Didn't think... anything of it until the 2nd time. Only to find,I was setting directly under an AC vent and it was a very hot sweltering day. Socondensation started dripping. The manager, Mr. Lee was informed, very apologetic and to help us for our sprinkles, offered usfree desserts. MR. Lee was a very kind gentleman and seemed very much to care for his customer base.
