2022 Update*** This location has really gone down hill. So sad to see. The staff is not personable at all and they are always... out of everything. It seems like only one person at this location knows how to make cold brew and if they aren't in, it doesn'tget done. Such a shame because they were so great with this last staff. Staff is very rude. Went in there three times to fix a simple drink, a nonfat white hot chocolate. Eventually threw away what... they gave me. I will no longer be going to this location, the Starbucks in Harris Teeter in Leland is A LOT better. Read more
After placing an online order at 10:06 it was very surprising to me to be waiting on one drink at 10:45 while watching other... cars come to Starbucks and leave with their drink in hand. The wait didn?t bother me as much as the lack of concern from thesix people who were working as to why my daughter was waiting a half hour for her drink to be made. in the interim she ordereda sandwich while sh waited. and got that but her warm drink took 30 minutes. Meanwhile they had the exact same drink waitingfrom another person who ordered it and was not there to get it. Half of the order was processed which was my drink and hersandwich why an entire order is not put together to be ready at the same time is anybody?s guess At no point in time did any ofthe three people we told about the delay say I?m sorry about that let me see what?s happening and why it?s taking so long. Igot a rude snippy attitude from the same person who kept wondering what was going on after I had told him three times. Great experience, even for a non-coffee drinker (my wife sends me out for bread and oh by the way, get me coffee). Especially... impressed today by the service from Ree. She was amazing with each customer and when it was my turn, greeted me with a smile(through her mask). Though I don't drink coffee, it's a pleasure receiving service by someone like Ree. Read more

FYI I?ve noticed a lot of the reviews posted for this location are meant for the Starbucks across the road? people mix them up... and leave bad reviews for this Starbucks when they mean the other one!! Common mistake it seems to be. This one has no drivethru, it?s in Harris Teeter, and preferably I always choose this one over the corporate location. Amiable sweet staff, bettertasting drinks! Bonus, you get fuel points with your orders if you have a VIC card! Win/win. :) Read more
