I used to be a frequent shopper in here. Recently I stopped going because every time I was on n there the employees were... treating the customers horribly. Today it happened to me. Very rude. I was accosted by who I believed to be the manager, a lady with blond hair. After the matter was resolved and I had... employees of the store vouch for me, the manager stormed off. She never gave me an apology or tried to clear up the confusion. Iwill never go back to this store and I will never spend another dollar in any 7/11 for the rest of my life and I will telleveryone I know of the experience that happened to me while visiting this store. I went in last night on my way home from work and the lady told me I couldn?t be served any more due to the fact that my shirt... was not appropriate. I?m a 19 yr old female wearing a crop top . I was told that there was a dress code policy change but lasttime I checked its no shoes no shirt no service . I had all of those on I went in for nachos. I went in at 11pm. A few "shady" characters in there BUT . . . the cashier knew how to handle them. She would get to the... "point" with them, and get them in there and them out. Nice lady! They had the right employee to deal with these "tramps"! Read more
I've been going to this 7/11 for years. Just about every employee there has been kind. Tiffany and Gigi are awesome people. Yes... that long hair blonde girl is an awesome lady. After they done some changes with workers and the new manager there. I seldom gothere anymore. I use to go out of my way to go there. Not so much anymore. Just about all the workers that won my business aregone. So sad cooperate is letting a decent little store go to hell in a hand basket. Read more
