There was plastic in my burger today. I called auto let someone know the situation over the phone the guy who answered told me... to go and exchange the burger. Mind you I?m on my lunch break. It?s inconvenient but I went anyway because I was starving.There?s this rude girl in the front that looks extremely MISERABLE. She was unwelcoming and made me feel like I wasinconveniencing her. THERES PLASTIC IN MY FOOD. it?s unbelievable how that went unseen by the cook. Anyways, when the food wasdone the same girl who was rude basically tossed my bag on the counter and turned away disrespectfully. Didn?t apologize for themistake or for me wasting my time. The quality is always the same. Excellent. My chicken club was super hot as was the fried zucchini. Service was polite and... friendly. They have changed the brand of the ranch dipping sauce for the zucchini. I don't like it. But that doesn't warrantlosing a star. Good job at this location. Read more
Just want to say thank you to the cashier gentleman and manager for going up and out of their way and unlocking the door and let... me order some good food after seeing my work truck now that's how you hustle. I love this Carl's jr. Sure most Carl's Junior drive-thrus take forever however not this location. With the exception of Friday... night the restaurant runs very smoothly. They do have take out and drive through no Dine-in and no bathrooms. Very clean andprofessional atmosphere. I order the number 17 its the chicken strips. Read more
I was hesitant to even go to this Carl's Jr. and should have followed my instincts. Customer service was really good no... problem there food quality.....BIG problem. This was the second sandwich because I took the first COLD sandwich back literally 7minutes after I got it. This sandwich was no better I asked for a fresh hot sandwich and this was made in under 3 mins.....stillcold. If I ordered a cold cut sandwich there would be no issues but I didn't!
