If you use a delivery service and El Pollo Loco messes up your order, El Pollo Loco does not offer refunds through the service... like other restaurants. My order was missing food that I paid for. The manager ?Cesar ?speaks as if they are a charity and Feed you for free. That location has the worst customer service. The... problem was our order was not complete nor was made as requested! When we called a the location a Lady?Maria? who claimed to bethe manager kept speaking over my husband exactly the same way the manager ?Cesar? did ! If pollo loco at the lemon grovelocation was feeding us for free, then no complaints there. I don't know about you, but if I smell a toilet backed up just before eating, I loose my taste for what I want to eat. WELL,... that's what happened here!!! And don't go to the restroom to wash your hands!!! OMG!!! I wanted to tell the Mgr. about this sobadly but I didn't want to embarrassed my friend with me. It's a very big place sadly they don't accept EBT they don't have a dine-in but they have takeout and drive-thru due to the... pandemic. I love their variety of choices of combos absolutely love churros. Good fresh grilled chicken in a salad is good. Clean. nice. Nice workers good attitudes. But let me tell you about a time when... the power went out on that street. This place stayed open and continued to serve with an amazing attitude. And I know thisbecause I had to pick up a order and luckily they had everything cooked up and ready to go but these workers were still workingin the dark.
