I come here a lot! Normally it's quick and the service is friendly. However this morning around 11:15 one of the employees... always incredibly rude to me. When I asked for my cups, she misheard me and asked if I wanted the code to the bathroom. Beingthat it was loud in there I slightly raised my voice and repeated "Could I get my cups, please?" She immediately whipped aroundand rudely said "You don't have to yell at me." Even after I apologized and explained myself she kept escalating and insistingthat I was yelling at her. She was not wearing a name tag but I needed to say how rude she was being. Read more
I received my burger without a top! Really?! See picture below. Then curbside is pointless if I have to go through the drive... thru for a mobile order. This McDonald's need to get it together. They been messing up big time! Read more

I don?t come to McDonald?s often but usually when I do it?s never a good time. Although the worker who said he was cleaning... really wasn?t doing anything, he was at least pretending to be busy. They could definitely use a professional cleaner whoactually sees the black mold on chairs and grease everywhere. They?re forgetting that it?s still a restaurant and should stayclean at all times. Very great customer service. The only thing is I wish there was some kind of tented screen for the employees that work directly... in the hot sun. I love their personalities. I love going to the Lemon Grove McDonald's, the service is great. I love to see Joni, Donna, carmen and Cassandra. They call us... by name. They are super friendly and know what we want to order. The restaurant is kept clean and in working order. Read more
