This is my everytime go-to place. Been my fav spot to sit and enjoy my Frappuccino (which i order most of the time). I just take... a long walk to this place everytime i get chance. Plus their staffs are friendly and nice and their place is good as well. Butthis time it was kinda different because they don?t have indoor dining and I just had to take my coffee and walk on the roaddrinking it????. usually its decent here but today's experience (about 30 or so minutes ago) in the drive thru really ticked me off. for some... reason the wait time to receive my drink was WAY longer than usual. manage to peek out and see that the girl (didn't get hername but she was white and probably in her late teens or early 20s) handing out the drinks was having a really. long.conversation. with someone in their car. was even handing out the drinks one. by. one. in order to keep the conversation frombeing short. once we finally got to our turn the drinks were handed super quickly. apparently when someone ahead of us askedwhat the hold up was she only responded with "oh, the person in front" then didnt say anything after. no explanation oranything. on top of it all, didnt even get my drink right? i understand that employees arent working machines and makemistakes, but why hold what felt like a ten minute conversation with someone when there's clearly a line? then not even honestlysay what was up? then also somehow manage to get my drink wrong? please PLEASE have her understand that there's a time and aplace for this stuff and its really inconsiderate to make others wait just so that you can talk to (what i assume is her friend)on your off time. I?ve had my fair share of Starbucks drinks throughout my life. I have been to plenty of Starbucks locations everywhere, however,... this one in particular really stood out to me. Obviously I?m used to the great hospitality that starbucks everywhere has tooffer but the guy that took my order (Domenic I think was his name. He was a padres fan!) was so awesome. Rather than giving methe typical ?hi how are you? treatment, he was fun and matched my energy which is rare to find! I had ordered a brown sugarshaken espresso (something I?ve never had) and I didn?t really like it. I asked for two drinks, one iced chai with no ice "to save for someone else later" and a peppermint white mocha with half the... amount of flavoring, no whip. After waiting until I got home to try my drink, I received a regular mocha chocolate in my drink.This is a completely different flavor and after paying over $5 I expected it to be what I ordered. Also, my chai has beenoverfilled with milk to the very top in lieu of ice. This causes the ratio of chai to milk to be completely off and only tasteslike 2% with a hint of spice. You should've still left room for my ice and stopped pouring at your regular line. What a waste ofmy time and $10!! Read more
This is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to, we spend about $50 to $80 every day here and there is always something wrong but... this is the worst time. We continued to come here because the convenience of the drive thru only. How can anyone give these twodrinks and think it?s ok. I?ll let the drinks speak for themselves. I usually have a really good experience here. One time I had a bad experience where the staff member didn't want to split a... drink into 2 cups, but I still go here often. It is a drive-thru Starbucks and it is right next to an In-N-Out drive-thru.Always expect many cars!! Read more
