Not my first complaint about this place. Took 50 minutes to get my sandwich delivered and I live less than 2 miles away. When I... called the manager, I'm assuming, said there were 22 orders in front of me. Hire more drivers or find a way to get the foodquicker to your customers. Your motto is literally "freaky fast." 10 minute or 2 hour delivery? Toss a coin and take a guess. Really inconvenient when I'm at work with a set lunch time and... figure they should be quick being I'm less than 3 miles down the road. Placed my order at 11:18 and at 12:48 I'm still waitingfor a single sub an hour and a half later. Edit: was going to leave a couple stars but after calling to find out where my subwas at again, I talked to the GM whose response to me telling him I don't have my sandwich was "I doubt that bro" with anaditude. He told me that the driver had delivered it an hour ago and didn't believe what I was saying. The driver walked in ashe was telling me that and after questioning the driver on where he dropped the order off; the manager realized the driverbrought it to the wrong location at my work(big place with multiple gates, but I said what gate I was at) because it was hisfirst day there. I understand first day mistakes but if the driver would have called to say he was close, I would have been ableto see him going to the wrong place. I also really did not appreciate the manager telling me "I doubt that bro" when I tell himI still don't have my sandwich after an hour and a half and the person I talked to 30 minutes previously said it was supposed tobe delivered soon. Overall good sandwiches but after ordering from them probably a dozen times while at work, I'd rather notkeep guessing on if delivery will be 10 minutes or 2 hours, especially if I get deemed a liar for trying to find out where myorder is at. Allowed my 5 year old son, who is working through a speech delay, look at his sandwich options behind the counter. My son has... always declined anything more complex than chicken nuggets or pizza, so my hopes weren't high. The staff empowered him to makethe choices, speak with the employees, and order a remarkably complex flavor profile.... he went from never having tried asandwich to taking down an entire foot long (in one sitting) after being aided by a terrific manager and staff. Always fresh, always quick, always pleasant employees that seem like they're happy you're there (nice change from other places).... Love this place. Although it is a bit pricey - close to $7 for a veggie sandwich. I mean really, 2 pieces of cheese, shreddedlettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes - probably costs them less than a buck to make. That includes a bag of chips. That's my onlycomplaint. But I still go back cause food is good and fresh, premises are always clean, and the employer should be proud of hisemployees that work there!!!
