I had a bad experience turn into a great one with this location! I had an issue earlier with an Uber Eats order. The driver... grabbed and brought me the completely wrong order. I contacted the restaurant immediately and told them my issue with thedriver. My original order was still sitting in the window, but they told me they'd remake the entire order for me fresh! Just waited in line for the drive through just to be laughed at when I ordered 10 pieces of chicken. Manager said they were out... of chicken and had none to cook, this was before 7pm. So is it now just Taco Bell since they don?t carry enough chicken toactually cook? Update: The owner apparently hopes his chicken restaurant has chicken. Read more
Last week my order was wrong and I didn't get the mashed potatoes I craved. This week @7:30pm there's NO CHICKEN!? At a place... call Kentucky Fried CHICKEN! But they had plenty TACO HELL as it is a duel restaurant. I have a feeling if you're into thatyou'll have issue's as well. Been a while since I've been to this location. Usually it is just mediocre, but today's lunch was fantastic. Fluffy biscuit,... fresh chicken, prompt service. Interior seriously needs a remodel, but the food is what KFC should always be. Read more
I eat here often and I can say I'm rarely disappointed by the service. Kind, respectful, and if the food is a bit late, they're... apologetic and sometimes throw an extra side in depending on how long the wait is. The people who work there are oftenunderstaffed and put their best foot forward. If I'm being honest, it's the customers who are often aggressive and rude to thestaff. If you're one of these people, the customer isn't always right. Read more
I have eaten KFC at many locations but this time was absolutely the worst tasting chicken ever! I ordered the original recipe 3... pc white and a crunchy taco supreme ,the chicken was dripping with oil , then I tried taking a bite from the breast and to mysurprise it didn?t taste like the KFC that I have been eating for the past 40 years. So I took my tray to the counter to let themanager know, she indicated that the chicken was cooked fresh and asked if I would take the crispy so I accepted and she gaveone breast and one wing instead of 2 breast and a wing. The problem it tasted even worse! This is my first review ever! I justwant the owner to be more alert and check if the employees are following the recipes guide. Read more
