What a terrible run operation ???? Twice ordered deep dish pizza and was given a thin crust pizza ????. Yesterday, my husband and I, had the pleasure of ordering dinner from Rosati's in Lemont. When we first entered, we were... uncertain. However, our uncertainty, quickly vanished, when we were greeted. The Lady who served us was so friendly andpolite. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, added meatballs, and five cheese ravioli. The food was packed neatly, and uponarrival home, it was hot, fresh, and, tasty. Our only suggestion to the owners would be, brighter and clean up the entrance toyour restaurant. We will return. My family and I regularly order from here, as much as I hate to admit lol. Tamal (I really hope I?m spelling his name right) is... amazing. He always answers with the most kind customer service. Our delivery driver is wonderful as well. I?m always happy tospend my money with them and the pizza is AMAZING! I would def recommend their fried mushrooms too!! Got local delivery on a chilly November night to a hotel which has a restaurant that was not operating that night. Delivery came... within the normal time, food was as ordered, wings with the sauce on the side, blue cheese and some fries. Fries were a bitsoggy, but that's normal for delivery and still tasted fine. Plus they made sure to include ketchup. Only miss was no napkins,so if I wasn't at a hotel bar, it'd be a mess. Read more
We did ordered a thick crust and it had to be 50/50 The Hawaiian/ Meat Mania, but we end up getting 2/3 of The Hawaiian and 1/3... Meat Mania. Very disappointed. After I did make them a call instead apologies I was told that it was my fault????????????. Neverever again will be back to that place. Read more
Honestly the worst pizza I?ve ever had. Oh I ordered a pizza at 3:30 for pick up at 4:40. When I arrived the pizza was cold, the... box was greasy on the bottom and smelled terrible Not to mention the guy that took my order had his shirt is soaked and Whoknows what Instead of wearing an apron. So I brought the pizza home and I ordered a deep dish and it was very light and sauce,the cheese was not rather thick and lukewarm at best. Mind you I live about 10 minutes away from the restaurant.Once again letme reiterate that pizza tasted terrible was lukewarm and I highly doubt that they use fresh ingredients. The owner is a very nice guy who makes sure every order is good. They have the best Anti Pasta Salad and Lasagna. Everything I... have eaten there is good. Me and my sister have tried salads at other location but it's not the same. From now on I will justhave to make the drive for the best pasta, salad, pizza, and service.
