Why does my cold brew taste so watered down lately all the time now? The coffee isn?t even as strong like it use to be maybe... cause the holidays and they can?t keep up with the over night brewing not so sure? I come here everyday before work. I get adrink that cost me 8.99 and then get asked to tip on top of it? I get it?s not mandatory but do anyways yet the complaint I haveis it taste like water now what?s going on and I don?t even bother to complain cause I?ll be late for work just bought my owncoffee maker for this reason. I will save a ton now especially it won?t taste like water. So gross! I usually get a cold brewwith sweet cream cold foam added caramel that?s 8.99? Now get this I don?t get extra caramel anymore and somehow that cost onlyaround 5 something so your telling me some squirts of caramel is a extra charge of $4 who?s in charge of the pricing cause I getmaybe a $1 or $2 but I will stop coming here from now on if I?m ever in need of a coffee now I go to Dunkin that coffee isstrong too now that?s where it?s at no more $9 watered down coffee for me no thanks!!!! It?s amazing that drive thru is priority when you stand inside for 20 mins and get your coffee. Why have an inside if your not... going to serve your customers there. Read more

A selection of baristas work their butts off and make consistently good drinks and food. Recent external hiring of inept and... unqualified management has led to continuous turnover, poor staffing and morale, ineffective training of new hires, drasticchange in operating hours, excessive wait times from Company Operated Store standards, poor execution of service, and decline inperceived third-place experience. Ordered a grande triple latte upside-down. It was made sloppy with zero froth so it basically looked like coffee with to much... cream added, and the outside of the cup was badly stained with espresso. This location is my least favorite Starbucks. Read more

Its a beutiful sunday morning and I am exited to go get my favorite coffee and start my morning just right. I walk in the store... no hello or anything all I see is frouning faces like the staff dose not want to be there and it really bumb me out tbh did notfeel welcomed. The food display is empty there are pallets on the floor just a mess. The employee was like "were short staffedtoday" and its not even busy I was going to sugest then to drink an expresso shot maybe that would make them smile say hello tocustomers and get their stuff ready for the day. I get my coffee and the staff dose not even call out my drink like "guess whenur coffee is ready" next time I rather go to mcdonalds or dunkin donuts even tho their coffee is not as fancy at least I willget a warm goodmorning! I understand this place gets really hectic and I have a good amount of patience. To add, I don't usually get Starbucks... frequently. So lets start. I decided to order online yesterday and everything was timed fairly quickly. Today though...I hadordered 3 drinks and only got 2. Still waiting waiting....nothing. Check my order online to see wth is going on. "Sold out atthis location" Instead of waiting, can someone from the other side just say "Hey so and so, your order is not available" willsuffice. From my understanding I did not get a refund for that 1 drink. Yes I could have said something, although as crazy asStarbucks is with Staff running around, it's just not worth it in my eyes.
