The service has always been very nice however the prices at this location seem to only get higher and higher. At first I was... just like, just inflation which is understandable. Then I went to a McDonald's in Fresno where the same burger was nearly adollar cheaper! The deals used to make up for this but now you're lucky to save on anything. Read more
The workers are rude. Went there today and the lady taking my order at drive thru was rushing me to order. I didn't even see who... she was because all she did was stick her hand out for my card. When she gave us our order she only stuck her hand out andquickly shut the window. We looked in the bag and a lot of our fries were just thrown in there so we had to dig up the fries. Wewere missing a milk and fries from the kids happy meal. I'm not happy of how we were treated there. Read more
drive through and Lobby frequently never opens on time in the mornings.lobby closes 1 hour before closing pretty frustrating... when there?s nothing else on base open. food is good most of the time.great customer service when they are open. Read more

The food usually comes out nice and hot which is good but it's also a hit or miss on your order, I ordered the new spicy crispy... sandwich without pickles and guess what, I got pickles, don't get me wrong I love pickles, I just hate the kind of pickles theyuse for this sandwich! Lol Read more
Really great staff. They are so personable and nice. Every time I come here the ladies are sweet and happy. One of the VERY few... McDonald's with nice employees. Also, I love the cute trees out front. Whoever does the landscaping, nice work! Read more
This is by FAR the worst McDonald?s in the country. How dare you come on the base and give service members such terrible... service! I have gotten sandwiches without sauce a bunch of times! How do you give a burger through the drive through without anysauce on it. Then they have the nerve this past time to give me a chicken sandwich with no meat on it. When I returned to getthe burger fixed, I was meet with a laugh and a manger who yelled at the employee ?this is the third time today?. Take pride inknowing you are serving service members. Read more
This is for the NAS LEMOORE MCDONALD'S. They have the best staff. I'm sure the population they serve makes the job much less... stressful (yes fastfood is stressful among other things) / easier to have better customer service etc. YOU CAN NOT GO TOMCDONALD'S ON BASE IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY CLEARED TO BE ON BASE.
