Fast service friendly staff and great sandwiches 5/5 stars. Very convenient location
A couple days ago I ordered on the app while I was at work. I waited for it to say my order was ready before I took my lunch to... pick it up. It took about 5 minutes to get there and when I arrived 2 girls were standing in the back talking and when I saidpick up they tried to tell me they hadn't gotten an order and that it was the wrong place before actually checking. They checkedand said "oh, it is here." I got a drink from 711 and when I came back in the continued talking instead of actually making myorder and continued pausing. I got one "sorry" after waiting an extra 10 minutes because they couldn't pay attention to theirjob. I missed half my lunch when it should've taken half that time. Read more
Kind of small but better than the other Subway across town. Ingredients seems fresh. Employees are so-so
If any part of their technology fails, they don't have the capability to execute any sort of contingency plan. Customer has a... as valid coupon. Sorry, our scanning machine is down. Okay, can you still honor the coupon? No, I can't scan it. Right, but wecan read what the coupon says, and I have a calculator built into my phone...I also have cash money. Our system is down, wecan't use coupons. I'm not sure if this is a bad on corporate subway, or just the local level management. There really needs tobe a foolproof way to allow a coupon to be used when a part of the coupon reading technology fails. Also they leave a littlestem part in the jalapenos, but that's not really a big deal. Read more
I ordered the advertised Melts sandwiches which has the grill marks on the buns. That did not happen, it was just toss it in the... oven until the bread is crunchy like a cracker. I asked the employee "where are the grilled melt marks like in the picture? Shesaid we don't have the tray for that..then I said I would not have ordered the sandwiches had I known. Her attitude did nothelp. So both sandwiches have over toasted bread. Trust...I will not use this particular 1790 West Bush Street Subway again,$20 for a false advertised meal???????????? Read more
Subway is Subway, I mean if you haven't had it then I would definitely it a try. This location in particular is conveniently... connected to 7/11 right next to highway 41. The only downside side to this spot that I've noticed so far is it's tiny. Read more
