DO NOT WORK HERE! They dont like when employees speak up about their treatment and how they are underpaid and over worked (you... will get fired if you say anything). They will steal hours from their employees to pay ANOTHER stores trainees and will cuttheir employees hours to supplement the trainees hours THAT ARE FROM ANOTHER STORE. If you show that you are REMOTELY useful andcan do your job your given more responsibilities and get paid pennies to nothing...please beware and do not apply to thislocation unless you are a robot... This is the one Dunkin in area where I go often and every single time I receive the same level of service regardless of staffing... or how busy they are and I also need to mention the people who manages the store so efficiently. Read more

If I could rate a negative on experience, I would. I went in this morning and was having difficulty hearing at the speaker... because I am hearing impaired. I ordered at the speaker and they asked me something I couldn?t pick up on. When I went to thewindow, the person was clearly frustrated and I explained I was hearing impaired and couldn?t hear what they?re were asking. Theperson then said ?then you need to come inside?. I explained I had my grandson and couldn?t come in, which they proceeded to saythat I can take him out. This just blew my mind! I told him ?you can?t treat your customers this way? which he then responded ?Iam the owner. I can treat you however I want.? I later discovered this man was named Amber Patel. He then did not give my adonut I ordered, so I asked for it, to which he said ?we?re out of that one.? I asked for another one and he said the same. Ihad to ask for a few different ones before I received one. I feel like he did this purposely to give me a hard time. Hisattitude, demeanor, and way of treating me was SO disrespectful! I have never been treated this way due my disability.Especially after I explained that I couldn?t hear through the speaker. Don?t recommend this place. I am not one to right reviews but I can?t believe you operate a place with so many incompetent... employees and on top of that they can?t issue refunds. First time coming inside a Dunking Donuts in ages, ordered from the Kioskand it let?s me place my order. I normally do it online and if their is no donuts available it won?t let me place the order.Ordered a coffee, a dozen of donuts and some other stuff. They give me my coffee and I sit waiting for the rest of my order.Patiently sitting there thinking they were preparing my order. Ten minutes go by and one of the employee ask me what am Iwaiting for. They didn?t even looked at the receipt. I told them I am waiting on the donuts and my other stuff. She?s like oh weonly have this ones left. I?m like it?s ok, just give me the rest of my stuff and refund me the money. She?s like I can?t giveyou a refund because my manager is not here and I don?t know how to do so. You can come tomorrow morning and have your refund.Why would I have the inconvenience to come here again just because you don?t know how to do your job. A this point my patiencewent out the door. She calls someone/manager on the phone and she has her on speaker so I can hear her say why she orders donutsif she sees we don?t have none. Like are you serious now it was my fault. At this point I was ready to snap the sh*t out ofthese two employees. So she ended up giving me a gift card which I didn?t want because that wasn?t my form of payment but I hadno other choice and just left because I can?t deal with stupid. Read more

New place and easy to order (tablet) but definitely need to work on their processes. They kept asking us our order even though... they had the order slip. Also, I ordered the nitro brew and there was definitely not nitrogen gas added...so it was just coldbrew. And they weren't knowledgeable enough to notice that... even with a clear cup. If this was my first cup of coffee, I'dcall it out, but they had problems overall so I let it slide. Read more

I went for my usual coffee run this week and had a question regarding my drink. I tried to ask the lady with the glasses/long... pink nails but she seemed bothered by me. I usually don?t have an issue at this location but her customer service needsimproved. Read more

This place smells absolutely amazing and is super clean. You get what you get as far as food and beverage quality it?s Dunkin... they?re all the same. Staff was super polite and friendly. Read more

New location! I placed a mobile order ahead. The drive thru went relatively fast. It wasn?t until I pulled away I found out I... was missing an item. I went in and they apologized and gave me my item. Very nice staff. I saw previous reports about peoplebeing on their phones. I didn?t see any of that when I went. They seemed a tad bit unorganized but that?s how it is in thebeginning. I?m just happy to have a Dunkin? 10 minutes from my house. Read more
