What a treat this small gem is. Delicious German delicacies and candies, and much more. Cold cuts, wurst, wieners and so much... more. Please please please stop here. We stopped because we wanted to grab some German deli meat for a quick on-the-road lunch but... found a new staple travel stop. The food is excellent. The service is excellent. We got a variety of cold cuts, sausages, andpotato salad. Everything is delicious! They are so kind and service dog friendly. The lady behind the counter was so pleasant and friendly. We talked with her for about 20 minutes about our travels, and about... her taking over the store from HER mother, who started it. It was just a lovely experience. The locals must love her, too. Shecalled them by name when they came in and spoke with them like close friends. It was great to see this kind of store, thesedays. This place is absolutely amazing. What makes this place shine are the ladies behind the counter. My family and I are in town for... a wedding, but we made it a point to stop in to load up on German food, since where I live there is very little German food. Theladies behind the counter were extremely helpful, kind, patient, and friendly. Plus the prices are beyond reasonable. Can't waitto pay them a visit again. Read more
