This restaurant was only open for drive thru. But when my friend and l walked in and asked if we could get it at the drive... thru and eat it in the restaurant they let us do it. We promised to be very very clean! I guess when they saw 2 older ladiesand 1 with a walker they just couldn't say no. Very very nice people! We didn't specify original or extra crispy. But llike original best. Wouldn't you know it l got extra crispy! So that is why that didn't get a 5. It was good. But lt wasn'toriginal! The whole meal was good. I do love their Cole slaw! Read more
The dinning room looks amazing, and the food was great. Yeah, the kitchen floor was dirty, but they were working on cleaning as... much as they could. They were short staffed and food took awhile to be packed, but it was hot and delicious and it saved mefrom cooking. Overall great experience. Read more
Just the worst always acting like they are going above and beyond and never give you the right order. I am starting to give up... on eating out period. These chains are a waste of my $$. Should really put quality where people spend their money!! Read more
Kfc lost a customer today. I pulled up to the drive thru at the Lemoyne store, and the male representative on the speaker told... me to wait a minute, of which I did. 5 minutes later, I was approached with a generously harsh "Can I help you with something??"Never again will I give my time or money to an establishment that knows no proper customer service. This KFC always delivers a positive experience. Food is always hot and fresh. This is a very busy location. Can be hard to get... in and out of the parking lot safely. Only complaint is if you order via the app, you can not pick up your paid order at thedrive through. You have to park and go in which defeats the whole purpose of it being fast and convenient. Terrible service. Have been here 3 times and asked for the big box chicken sandwich and they give me just the drink and... sandwich, that's all they charge but it's like they don't wanna make it so they ignore what you ordered, the sandwich I gottoday was spicy I asked for original and it's not even a breast it's two strips, this is ridiculous. Let me tell you. We realize that we didn't have our credit card with us. So I went out to the car and I couldn't find it. I mean... I'm tearing the car apart. Well I'm in the car I hear this lady's voice say sir sir. I turn around and there's a lady seeingthat I was having a heart attack because I couldn't find it she hands me a $20 bill to pay for our meal. I said thank you and Iwalked inside and handed the money over to her my friend. Inside there was a guy that was talking to me before. I had to run outto the car and have a heart attack. He was offering to pay for it. Here we are in the middle of nowhere. Knowing nobody. I'mthinking we lost our credit card. And there's people there willing to buy us food. With no questions asked. unbelievable, God isgood ! We found our credit card. and we got to eat Kentucky fried Chicken. And to the two people that helped us out.
