Ordered a drink paid for it, then was told we don't have it. Do you was a soda? I was dieing for a drink so I said yes. I don't know if they were just having a bad day or what. Drove up to the ordering system after car in front of me drove... forward. After waiting about 30 seconds or so, still no one said anything. I said "hello?" Someone said oh yeah, what do youwant? Ordered 2 small pumpkin spice lattes. Got to the pick up window, they asked if it was a coffee or a latte, asked if hotor cold. I don't eat fast food often maybe once a month. I ordered a cheeseburger and small fry. The burger was made to order as I... don't like mustard. The fries were good. Where do I start?? The cashier seemed agitated, the soda fountain and entrance door is literally not even two feet across from... the registers so it was a cluster f-ck of people trying to either order or get a drink and exit and enter. Typical drive thru experience. I placed my order via the mobile app and still ended up waiting at the pick up window for approx... 5 minutes... but at least the fries were hot! Read more
