I love Neato. This was a great experience. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. But I?m giving it one star... because it?s pathetic that Jon and Shane, the owners, still won?t let folks tip the employees. You guys don?t even take cashanymore and we still can?t tip folks with our cards. It?s such an easy fix. I used to work here so I know how you guys feelabout your employees.
