Used the App again to order our food tonight after we called and tried to order via phone. We wanted to place a phone order... because the 2 previous times they had our order totally wrong on the App. They refused to take the phone order and for the thirdtime had the ingredients completely mixed up on our orders. I love Neato. This was a great experience. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. But I?m giving it one star... because it?s pathetic that Jon and Shane, the owners, still won?t let folks tip the employees. You guys don?t even take cashanymore and we still can?t tip folks with our cards. It?s such an easy fix. I used to work here so I know how you guys feelabout your employees. Plenty of parking, seems clean, not worth the cost to your body. Got my wife's order wrong and she had allergic reaction to... food, and I spent the weekend figuring out why it is called a 'toil'et. Avoid like the plague. Read more

All of the neat burritos are well maintained and clean. They have good food and quick service. My wife can't do gluten, she... warned them of that and the entire line changed gloves to work on her order. Food was good as always! Read more
