Called to order (hate that it's a call center) they can't find the coupon code that was just sent out in the mail, they say... they'll forward me so the store so they can apply the coupon manually but the store never picked up. They say to call back andselect 5, Noone picked up, I call again, go through the same process just to try again... no answer... try to order online,can't find the toppings I want, would've liked to add special instructions but not an option online... said no other businessever except for papa johns... called back.... you guessed it!! So this Papa Johns is always very fast when I order for pick up. I did have issues with the online app though which was very... frustrating. They advertised $6.99 for 2 or more items but when I put the items specifically from the deal in my cart it came to$25. Instead of $14. The food is always hot and very tasty. The stuffed pepparoni crust is goood! Definitly recommend if youwant pizza or that type of food. Read more

We order pizza from this location weekly. The kind lady that delivers is very kind and has become our buddy. (Deliveries are to... a business) The last two weeks I had to order additional pizzas for the evening. Last week placed an order to be delivered at 5pm arrived at 5:15. Okay? happens. This week we needed additional pizzas, learned from experience placed the order for 4:30 toarrive at 5. It arrived by 6:10? when everyone was gone, delivered by door dash.. door dash girl told me the restaurant toldher I have called 5 fives and was not able to speak to anyone. Soooo an hour and a half late pizza and ignoring phone calls.Not cool evening shift. Morning shifts are rock stars, always on time always with a smile. If I can get an explanation to whathappened I?ll change the review. Read more
