100% satisfied! I paid $14 total (included tax), for a large bowl of pho included with a plate of veggies and a cup of water... with some sauces on the side! Highly recommended! Read more

When you want real food ... translate to 'a variety of fresh vegetables prepared well, and choice of seafood & meats as an... accompaniment' ... this is your place. Unobtrusive, low key place with a large & varied menu. Attentive staff. They offer takeout (& seem to do a bunch of delivery service pick ups). Read more

Was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant while visiting in PA. Pho 3 Mien had good Google reviews so I thought I would try it... out. I got the beef pho, pork chop over rice, beef over rice, and pork chop with egg over rice. The pho soup was more on thesweet side - not something I?m used to, but it was flavorful. If you use the soup to eat with rice, it kind of balances out thesweetness a bit. The pork chop was mediocre. It?s a little thicker than the pork chops they serve in New York Vietnameserestaurants. The sauce was also sweet. Each rice dish came with a side of pho soup, which I appreciate because it?s notsomething that?s offered in NY and I normally order pho on the side just for the soup. Didn?t have to do that here. The Thai teaand coffee is the same in every Vietnamese restaurant in my opinion. It?s my go-to. I wanted to try a dessert but was lookingfor shaved ice. They had a 3 flavor dessert, which I inquired about but didn?t order because it wasn?t shaved ice. If I?m everin the area again, I would probably try other Vietnamese restaurants. This was a nice sample of Vietnamese food in PA. Didn?teven get to try their hoagies (bahn mi). Maybe next time. Read more

A great vegetarian option- Tried this bowl (B11 in the menu). 5 Star for the taste. Also, try the Vegetable rolls, they are... amazing. The taste of the rolls is bit plain but peanut sauce compliments it well. Read more
