We are from out of town and have found some of these fast food restaurant employees are rude and not a good representation for... the companies they work for. Today we visited this location on our way back home. The young lady who I later learned goes byKelby, at the drive thru taking orders was by far the most friendly yet. Her customer service is superb. Our wait time to orderto end was fast, accurate and over all a great experience. And to Kelby, you have a great smile and a good vibe, dont ever stopbeing you. People will have bad days and as a food service worker we get to experience that, dont let them make you feel bad,ever. Read more
Imagine ordering food the way you wanted, get your food and bite into it only to taste something that makes you nauseous even... the smell of it turns your stomach. So you have to turn around and go back to taco bell and get your right order. Other thanthat good visit. Read more
They were really nice. But where's the coupons these days. Haha. Staff was really nice though! And they made the food... great. Update. Went here again. No meat on the 5 layers and barely any in the chaluppa. Ridiculous waste of money. Make itright taco bell. 18$ for lettuce and beans. Read more

The management here is very good at what they do. There was an issue with a order. I was given 3 pizzas that were put in the bag... sideways and the manager came over and apologized gave a gift card to cover the cost of the pizzas which was great. I woulddefinitely go back and get an order again. Read more
I wait 15 mins in line, finally get my order, count the # of items bc I was in a rush and then take off. I get home, realized my... more than half of my order is wrong, so then I just gave it all to my boyfriend. He's on his last couple tacos when he realizesTHERE IS A RECEIPT IN THE TACO. I call the store, MANAGER answers by saying "hello??" I said " um is this taco bell?!" and hereplies "yeah that's how I answered the phone!" i replied "can i speak to the manager" he replies with a change in tone of voice"Oh i am the manager!" i let him know what happened, and he doesnt believe me and requests that i bring the taco back to SHOWHIM so that I can get a refund. I go to the store in the drive thru, as it is pouring rain, AND NO LINE, and he screams to thewindow "YOU NEED TO COME INSIDE IF YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU" I said sir it's pouring, i just drove 20 mins back over here andthere is no line behind me. He huffs and puffs and refuses to help unless i go inside. he did give a refund, but surely did notconfront any workers to determine how this even happened. also- the food was disgusting. No idea why I come back here. Every single time my order is wrong. I counted to make sure I had all my items (because half... the time there's items missing) I should not have to open every single item to make sure there's no tomatoes, and make sure mySupreme tacos actually have sour cream.
