They seemed short staffed, but the food was really good. It was worth the wait.
When my fiancé and I arrived we were seated and was able to order right away. My drink took a some time to get to my table, and... there was no sugar on the rim. When our food arrived it took them a couple minutes for our silverware to arrive. I ordered thechicken and broccoli fettuccine alfredo. The broccoli had good flavor but the chicken was lukewarm, it wasn't piping hot. Myfiancé ordered all you could eat boneless wings with fries, but the fries took about ten minutes to arrive to our table. By thetime they arrived he was already full. Read more
I'm in the middle about this one. Came 2 different days in the same week. The server was super nice and I can tell he was new... but just completely forgot stuff over and over and would being wrong items out to us and the table next to us. Definitelyprobably needed a few more training days before being on his own. Second time was better. Was a 1 star but was brought up bySecond experience. Read more
Worst dining experience ever! Received appetizer before ever getting our drinks or utensils. There looked like quite a few... employees but only 1 waiter. Almost done with appetizer before they came back for the rest of our order. When the food arrivedwe still had no utensils, we were told they were washing them. The fries tasted old. We asked for new ones and they tasted likethey just put ones that were old back into the fryer. I will NEVER eat at Applebees again. Read more
Tonight at 10:15pm I attempted to take a group of 7 to Applebee's. The restaurant wasn't very busy only 4 or 5 tables seated. ... We were told that we wouldn't be seated for 20 minutes. I assumed it was because of the large group and lack of tables to matchthat. I informed the manager that we would be happy to sit at 2 tables. He told me that there was only 1 cook so he wouldn'teven seat us to have a drink (pop or water) for 20 minutes. We left and found another more accommodating restaurant down thestreet. Tonight at Applebee?s was not a good experience. My water was delivered with stuff floating in it! I ordered the chicken... fajita roll up. This is how it was served! It was sitting in liquid and dripping. Our waitress never returned to see howthings were and if we needed anything else. We had planned on ordering dessert but after waiting over 13 minutes to get ourcheck, we gave up on dessert and flagged someone down for our check. We were wondering why at 6:00 on a Friday night why therestaurant was empty. Now we know! We won?t be back. Read more
Very mediocre location. It?s always frustrating when you go out to eat and locations are slow and operating at half capacity but... still manage to offer slow service. We waited about 10 minutes for no reason. Plenty of available seating. We were told it wasa 10 minute wait, which was fine. The party behind us was told 30 minutes. We were seated and the party behind us was seatedabout 5 minutes later. We had ordered by time they were seated. After waiting for 20 minutes, we took a restroom break only towalk by the larger group to see them eating. When we got back our food was brought out. So timing was clearly off. Our initialwaitress who took our order brought our food out and it wasn?t correct, only after she was done sweeping the floor. We could allhave used some more refills since we just had water, but no one was around. Some other waitresses walked by and asked if wewere doing ok. She brought another round of water but that was it other than to bring out the bill. She left with our card for agood 5 minutes before bringing it back. Food was ok, nothing impressive. The kids cheese burger looked like it was setting outfor a bit. The strawberry chicken salad was good and the shrimp bowl was bland. We stopped in at 7:30pm for a healthier optioninstead of fast food hoping to at least get some decent service with a meal. Not so much. Read more
I live across the street from this location so we try to go often, but now we drive out of the way to go to a different location... because the last few times that we had gone here we stand at the door with all kinds of employees walking by and not evenacknowledging us, the last time we stood at the door for 10 minutes and they didn't have a host, One of the servers walked by usand told us she would be with us in one minute where we watched her proceed to ask if somebody wanted to go boxes when it wouldhave been fine to just seat us real quick. We thought she was going to come and seat us after that and she did not. We ended upleaving and going to Cheddar's where we got seated right away, and the food was delicious. Read more
