I?m a big fan of Chipotle, but was pretty disappointed with this location. We came in an hour and a half before closing and they... were out of polla asada, lettuce, fajita veggies, chips, and salad dressing. Said they wouldn?t have more of anything they wereout of since they closed soon. While waiting in line we noticed that the kitchen floor was covered in food scraps, trash andgrease. I?ve been to a lot of Chipotle?s, and this was the worst one so far. Might?ve been better if we?d gone earlier in theday, but was not impressed when we went. Read more
Worst experience ever. Haven?t eaten at chipotle in years and I won?t be eating there again. I placed an order online then when... I go to pick up my order they tell me they don?t have tortillas or anything queso.. both of those items are on my order. Shetells me if I don?t want the order I have to go on to the chipotle website and jump through hoops to get my money back. Prettyridiculous that a burrito place doesn?t have tortillas and you aren?t notified of this before you order. Nothing was done tomake up for the 5 bucks I lost due to them not having queso for my chips. I will never go back. Read more
Very, very, disappointed with my order. This was my 3rd attempt with this location. I don?t think I will be back. Food was... extremely cold and did not taste good at all. Tried the new Chicken Asada bowl. Guacamole was bland and had no taste. Hopefully management will do something ASAP to make improvements. I live 2 minutes from this location but will make the drive toanother one next time I want a Burrito bowl. Read more
I usually love Chipotle, but this location just can?t get it right. A few coworkers and I used to order from this location until... they messed up our orders 4 times in a row. We?d received orders with incorrect/missing protein, incorrect ingredients, missingsides, missing entire meals, etc. Today, I was craving a burrito and decided I would give them one more try. The pollo asado andcheese were missing from my burrito and my side of queso was chunky and cold. Unfortunately, this will be my last time dininghere. I recommend trying Oscars up the road instead. This location used to be great, now they screw up my order every single time. Ingredients left out, and burrito poorly wrapped... in a torn tortilla. How am I supposed to eat a burrito that falls apart as soon as I touch it? Read more
The line always goes so fast. I Love the chicken, sofritas and adobo chicken. The spicy salsa is amazing. I wish I could buy... gallons to use at home. Queso brings some nice flavor in as well and really pulls the meal together. Overall I love chipotle.This location is very clean and has nice workers. Gotta love using chipotles forks too. I eat here at least 5 times a week. Read more
Didn?t have to wait long even at peak lunch time to get a chicken bowl to go. Consistent quality with other chipotle?s in the... area. Parking lot is a little weird to get in and out of. Read more
Very skimpy on their chips portion if you have two different sauces. I paid for chips and queso and got a side of hot sauce for... my burrito bowl, my chips were half what they normally are. Third time it?s happened. Lets be better Read more
