Finally tried Jersey Mike's in Lenexa. It was around 2pm and they weren't busy. I wish they had nametags on so I could shout out... the only employee who said a word to me while I was there...this included the irritated cashier who only responded with curtgrumbles when asked a question. Another person came in while I was there and enjoyed the same treatment. The sandwhich was fine,we enjoyed the bread and the meat was good...hence the 2 stars. Read more

If for no other reason than simple courtesy please tell a manager in person at the store about an issue that you?re likely to go... home and write a negative review of. I?ll bet you that if it?s possible they will make it right. They should hear, this was toovinagery, the bread wasn?t satisfactory for me, why don?t you have black olives, why is there less meat on my sandwich than Ithink there should be? My restaurant experience tells me that, if possible a manager will try to correct any situation they?remade aware of. They don?t want you to be dissatisfied. And yeah there are young people that work in the store. Was it theirfirst job, first day? Do you remember yours? Please give these young people a break, they?re working when many aren?t. Read more
Have been wanting to try this place for about 10 years and I?m glad I waited highly overpriced, sandwich was bland, staff is... very unfriendly, all the fountain drinks tasted terrible and carbonation was too high drink kept overflowing with bubbles willstick to Mr Goodcents way better quality and food for the money. Had the chance to finally try out Jersey Mike's today for lunch with 2 friends. The restaurant is new and in a new building so... it was very clean and nice. The staff seemed very professional and were kind and helpful. When we walked in, there were no opentables available, so we ordered our food to go. As we waited for our sandwiches to be prepared, a table opened up and theybrought the sandwiches to us. This was our very first experience with Jersey Mike's and weren't sure what to order and afterlooking over their menu of both cold subs and hot sandwiches I ended up getting the #17 "Mike's Famous Philly". My friends endedup with an italian sub and another Hot Sandwich. All 3 of us really enjoyed the sandwiches and will certainly go back and tryother items. If you have never tried Jersey Mike's.. give them a try! Read more
These subs are good. The store is always clean and the service is fast. It's a Sub shop so don't go expecting white tablecloth... service. That said, their patio seating is a nice bonus when the weather is pleasant! Read more
