This place is being ran by a bunch if juvenile delinquents. 6 people standing around and it took 20 minutes?so much for freaky... fast. Plus the young man at the drive thru was standing with his pants pushed so far down they nearly fell off. Two sandwiches,both made wrong. There are plenty of places to eat, avoid this location at all costs. They?re rude, and terrible at their jobsand have no customer service. Everyone of them should be fired. Read more
Didn't knock or update on delivery, so order Sat outside my door forever, with door dash never being updated. Ordered and payed... for 2 ranch sauces, only got one. Sandwich was lacking the main ingredient- turkey. Read more
Edit: Decided to try again 7 months later. It was the same experience with a delivery 2 blocks away taking over an hour and a... half before going to get it myself, without being able to get a refund on the delivery fee. Very common experience that thedelivery will take over an hour. You should avoid this Jimmy Johns and order something else. To the owner: I already leftfeedback with corporate. No need to comment with a link like every other post saying the same thing I am for the last 6 months. Read more

This Jimmy John's is set up with a drive through, which I'm sure works well for them but I felt like the dine in customers... didn't receive the same attention. When I got my drink there were black flex floating in it. I thought it was just the drink Ichose so I dumped it and chose a different one, but it turns out it was the machine. I noticed the was a different machinebehind the counter for drive through customers. The tea was fine so we ended up having that. Then we went to look for a tableand all of them were dirty with crumbs from what I imagine were earlier customers. I enjoy Jimmy John's, so we go there often,but I was disappointed with this experience. I might go back here, but only as through the drive through. Read more
Freaky Slow. If you want an order immediately just go through the drive-thru as mobile orders will cause you to wait way too... long. The 'as soon as possible' option when online ordering means you'll wait 30 minutes or more. They didn't even update myorder on my last mobile order so I had no clue it was ready to be picked up. In fact it still says my order is being made. Lastfew visits have seen less filler in my sandwich as they appear much smaller now. Read more
Screaming and cussing at customers in the drive thru. Threatening and telling them to turn around in the drive thru. Continuous... petty comments while ordering. Asked who the manager was and got the response that it was ?John?. Personal favorite tried to goin and they all locked the door and decided to do some sign language behind the glass. Most ridiculous customer serviceexperience I have ever had. Just don?t go there or at least not until the 3 there are all fired. We all know where they areheaded anyway.
