Delivery order wrong took pizzas and left I called and the person on the phone acted like it was my fault they were busy and... didn't have time for resolve also stated more than once I wasn't getting anything for free when all I wanted was my 2 pizzas andbrownie but instead I get nothing but a charge on my card for pizza I don't have make my pizza and deliver or refund mymoney Update got my money back but still will not order from the papa ever again because I am important and didn't feel that Iwas to them Read more

The only chain pizza store I go to around town. Consistently great everytime - never failed to add the extra sauce I usually get... and pizzas were usually ready quicker than expected! The staff would even recognize me and greet me by name when I ordered morefrequently. Read more

Tried the Papadias for the first time. I recommend the Philly Steak version. Its gooey, juicy and you can never go wrong with... adding a side of Garlic Butter!! Read more

I?ve not ordered from this place before. There was a little glitch in getting my order to me (things happen) but I want to say... these folks went above and beyond. I?m a retired exec chef, I know how things work. Can I suggest that before you post a pic ofthe pizza you thought was wrong and post a nasty comment in a review, that you first contact a manager. Remain calm. I would bewilling to bet you that 9/10 times they are going to try to make things right for you. Folks don?t choose to work in the foodbiz don?t do so to deliberately make customers unhappy. Quite the opposite actually. Maybe the cook misread your order. Maybethe driver misunderstood the directions. And these days, please remember that many places don?t have enough hands. Those thatare there are working hard to make sure your order is correct and on time. We?re all human. Please handle those folks with thesame dignity you would like yourself. It?s easy to fly off the handle when things aren?t right but talk to the manager and whenthings are fixed, post that. And just a suggestion, but these folks are busting their tails for you. Treat them nicely, thankthem and if you feel moved to do so, take a few dollars out of your pocket. You never know what difference that could make in alife, a family, or someone struggling. I ordered a pizza at 8:30 and didn't have a pizza in my hands until 11:00. Delivery drivers from this location used to be able... to find my apartment no problem, but lately I've had to give multiple rounds of instructions before it gets here and tonight thefirst pizza never arrived at all. My tracker just said it was delivered and I received nothing for a 40 dollar order. Aftercalling in to ask for another pizza, I was told that the driver said he left it outside of my apartment in my building withoutknocking. That's not doing the job at best and outright lying at worst. I believe it was lying because I was checking outsidemy door and never heard anyone walking around my building (thin walls) plus it's always the same guy-an unfortunately disabledman who struggles to find my apartment, and who always knocks when he eventually does. I'm not a hateful person and I knoweveryone has to make a living, but I believe it goes without saying that a pizza delivery person should be able to deliver apizza. Much appreciation to Alex who answered the phone. He made the effort to call after the second order was sent out toconfirm that it arrived. He also gave me credit towards my next order. I can't wait to use it and wait another three hourslol Very sad to think that, had I not called, he would have never known that I didn't get my order because this dishonestdriver reported it as having been delivered. Update8/31. Free food again lol. Order here through your favorite delivery place and they will make it wrong every time. At... least they are close, but Doordash refunds the entire amount. Updated. I ordered Papa Johns last night, delivery. They had their online site wait time for deliveries set for 75 to 99 minutes plus... wait time. Instead was here in 30 to 40 minutesish. So my food arrived nice and hot. Once i opened up the pizza box my pizzawould have looked good if i didnt recieve my pizza looking like this....see attachment. Half of my pizza has folded in halfwayjust about and i couldnt get hold of any slices verywell. I consider myself a pizza entrepreneur cuz it is my all time #1favorite meal to eat. I eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner in 80% of my meals. When i got my pizza last night i was reallydisappointed in the quality of the food. I ate it anyway but seriously if ur employees accidently drop the pizza, check thepizza out before delivering if it looks destroyed like mine did it should have been remade before attempting the delivery.Honestly i want a refund, but dont feel like dealing with the store. The reason for the 5 stars is for Mark, during the Chiefs game I called before half time to order a carry out Garlic Crust... Large. Mark effectively described it could be a 45 minute wait or longer, he was alone. Understandably a wait during a Chiefsgame. So I asked what would be a good time for me to arrive, he told me to show up at 1:20 and he'd start the pizza and it wouldtake about 6 minutes. I arrived to see this dude actually was all alone on game day in a predicted snow storm!! We knewyesterday, apparently who he reports to, did not. I watched this guy answer phones, lead deliveries, take orders, make theorders and then bake and box the orders, then the dude did a quick spot mop! ALL BY HIMSELF. Holy smokes, you dont findteam-members like Mark, they are a unicorn in the retail world. I asked could I take some pics to post and he'd be visible inthem, so I captured a couple. That store needed a minimum of 2 team-members, ideally, 3 considering we all knew the snow wascoming and we had a home game. I'm not gonna blast his boss negatively because I dont know what happened or the "why" facts.Perhaps some folks called in sick or weather bound. Regardless, Mark, you kicked a** that Sunday and the pizza was perfect.Thanks for the great service. Read more
