Went threw the drive thru and bag was soaked through to the point you couldn't pick it up. Looks like the cooks threw the food... in the bag before they even wrapped the tacos! I get it ... it's fast food!! But please take the time to assemble the tacos,wrap them tightly and then PLACE them in the bag! I'll wait an extra 30 seconds not to have to open my tortilla and dump thecontents of the bag onto it! Read more

I got off work late and wanted to grab something quick for the kids and I for dinner. Headed to Taco Bell. I ordered 4 tacos,... two nachos, triple layer nachos, and 2 cinnamon twists. We paid, got our food, started to drive off and realized they forgotthe cinnamon twists. The kids were not happy and it's the only reason they want to eat here. So I turned around and went backthrough the drive-through so I didn't have to get two kids out of car seats and drag them inside. Luckily there was only onecar in front of me. When I get to the speaker they asked me to wait, 2 min or so later I just decide ill drive forward. When Ido I see the other car has already left. I tell the cashier that he forgot my orders of cinnamon twists and he goes to thekitchen to grab them. I can see the lady with the drive through headphones talking to whoever is cooking. There were at least4 people that I could see so decently staffed with no cars in the drive-through. He hands me my cinnamon twists and I check thebag before driving off this time and realize he only gave me one vs the two I ordered... I ask for the other one and heapologized and grabbed it for me. By the time we got home the tacos were soggy and so were the nachos. Read more
