Went in with 2 of my girlfriends for lunch. Had a staff of 2 teenage boys. Ordered the caprese sandwich which is supposed to... come with tomato. Opened up the sandwich to a single 1/2 slice, not a whole Alice, half of a slice. Still tastes good so didn'tcomplain. Needed silverware for the corn aide that my friend ordered so my other friend went in to ask for one and was told "Iguess but only because you're cute" which made her super uncomfortable. My friend that needed the fork couldn't find her walletand ask if one of us would go in and look for it while she searches her car. My friend who went in for the fork was toouncomfortable to go back in so I went in to ask, and they didn't even recognize me from the order I placed 5 minutes beforehand. Long story short, the staff doesn't pay any attention to the customers they're serving unless it's to sexualize them.Probably won't be back to this location. Hope they get retraining. Read more
Tried their sunrise something something. It was cold, delicious, refreshing and good. Got brain freeze. We ate outside at the... seating for two. Shaded by the building we had a lovely talk with a cool drink. Read more
Friendly staff, great food. Only issue I have is that my sides are always Moldy. Got two bananas and they went straight to the... trash can. Didn?t want to drive back 15 mins just to replace them. Love the app and the ability to order from the click of myphone. Not long of a wait. Read more
Would NOT recommend going here if you?re a person of color. Every single employee in here made it seem like I wasn?t even there,... but was more than willing to greet every other customer that wasn?t a POC. To make matters worse I ordered ONE smoothie, 5minutes later 2 guys walk in and order two entrees and two smoothies. Some how they managed to not only get their food andsmoothies before me but were able to finish almost half of their entrees before I even received my order. Do better, customerwas horrible. I eat here for lunch regularly. They are super fast and the food is fresh and delicious! I have tried several smoothies but... dragon fruit is my favorite when it?s available. The Thai chicken wrap has a perfect little kick! Read more
Always delicious and the staff are always friendly. There is only one size for smoothies (kids size also available) and they are... big. I personally don't mind, especially if I get one with protein powder because the smoothie alone is filling. If you go withthat route, it's great value for your money! Read more
I love tropical smoothie and wish they could open more up north. I've been to two locations and both have the same delicious... flavor of smoothies. No one said hello when we walked in, they all seemed hesitant to take our order and they forgot to make oneof our smoothies. Read more
It was incredible. I got the bacon turkey ranch sandwich with the side of apple kale slaw, and also got a triple berry pat... smoothie. All of the items were delicious. Even better than expected! Read more
