Quick and efficient service. They should install a trash can outside of the store though. We could not have our coffee inside... due to covid restriction, had to go out to have our coffee, then again had to go inside to throw out the empty cups as wecouldn't find any trash can outside! Not so convenient. Read more
Really rude employees. I use to work at Tim hortons so I know you can pick what Tim bits you want but she told me it was a mix,... and that I couldn?t pick the ones I wanted. Mad bc I told her I wasn?t ready to order, went outside and made fun of me as in gotin my car. Read more
Standing there at the counter and the 3 ladies working there just ignore me. And not just ignore, but act as though they are... deaf and blind when I said ?excuse me please?....the 5th time I asked kindly but Much more loudly, the very kind lady working atthe gas station counter actually came over to see what the heck was going on. I think this is the slowest service I have ever had at this Tim hortons. Usually they are slow anyway but it took almost 20... minutes to order and receive a medium iced regular. There were 4 people in front of me and 2 of them only ordered 1 coffee/tea.There was an employee just standing there doing absolutely nothing and the cashier had to make my drink because no one else did.And she made it incorrectly. All I wanted was caffeine before I had to dive into the chaos at the SAAQ. The cashier seemed brandnew and everyone was moving at a snails pace. Read more
