Normally this place is great. But this visit was? different. They weren?t busy so I don?t understand how they didn?t think to... wipe the knife from a previous sandwich, before cutting mine. My sandwich did not have tomato sauce. I know it?s not that big adeal but it makes you wonder what else they can?t be bothered to wipe off or what other processes get ignored. Think I?m goingto hold off on visiting this location for a bit. Give them a chance to get better trained. Read more
The food and service is just awful. I paid 30. dollars for 3 medium subs and 2 bags of chips. The food order was all wrong and... just sloped together. Wrong bread too. The employees were rude and obviously really don't like their jobs. I will definitely notbe back there ever again. Read more
The food is good but the management is poor. Tried calling the store at 7:15 p.m. this evening which is 45 minutes before the... closing time that is posted on Google and on the door to where I could try to make a to-go order because I only live 5 minutesfrom this location I called twice no one would answer the phone and whenever I get there with 20 minutes before the closingtime, they had cut the sign off and we're sitting in the chairs at a table playing on their phone. Went to Subway and ordered two combos. Right before paying another employee walked up and told us that they did not have any... brisket, so we had to order something different. Which we did and everything Was ok. Went to fill our drinks and Firehouse wasout of ice, Coke zero, Diet Coke, sweet tea, and carbonation in the drink machine. Employee was notified but stated that hecouldn?t do anything about it. Of course we got luke warm water instead. As we were waiting for our food we watched as severalcustomers went through the same process and we did. Why didn?t the employee notify us of the shortages before ordering? We mayhave not ordered a combo or we may have left and went somewhere else. At least have a sign at the register when ordering. Byfar this was a total let down. Walked in with wife and just didn?t have a good experience at all. Multiple lights out, 1 of 4 crew wearing hats, dirty tables,... and longer wait in part due to crew talking to 2 non-customers that walked in to just talk and loiter. Ordertaker was verypolite and professional. Got our food and was totally disappointed. Subs looked more like hotdogs than subs, due to verylittle meat. Not sure if they were short on product, but to pay full price for 50% toppings just isn?t good. UPDATE: 4 dayshave went by and no word from anyone (email, text, or call). Saw where the entity replying as owner says they lovehearing/reading positive reviews, but I guess negative reviews are not dealt with. Additionally to be clear, the Steak & Cheesesub comes with bell peppers and onion. Anyone see much of any of that on there??? Read more
Food is great, Wait can still be a little long, but has much been improved. Still order ahead to avoid any wait.
