Worst KK store I have ever been in. Why do you advertise seasonal doughnuts when this store NEVER has them. Out of 20 possible... doughnuts they might keep 10 on a regular basis, but never anything new. I refuse to go there ever again!!!! Read more
We bought a dozen creme and custard filled chocolate covered donuts today. They were out of other options. Driest donuts I've... ever had. We sliced them open horizontally to see how much filling there was and it was less than a teaspoon. Not the firsttime. The Hickory location is s much better. Won't be back. Worst customer service I have ever received. Stopped in on Sunday evening 10/23/22. One young girl took my card, gave me my card... and receipt back and walked away never to be seen again. A different young girl came around the corner and got some pizza out ofthe fridge, put it in the microwave, and then walked off. Then a young man came walking through while eating his pizza. It wasalmost 10 minutes before anyone even started getting my order together. Eventually the young man and the young girl with thepizza in the microwave proceeded to play Rock Paper Scissors in front of the window. Once the young man won, he jumped aroundand screamed from excitement which is very unprofessional. The young girl that lost Rock Paper Scissors, proceeded to pull myorder so I could only assume they were playing to see who had to actually do some work. She stopped halfway through my order tostop her pizza in the microwave. Never once did she wash her hands or put on gloves between messing with her pizza or pulling myorder. Some of the doughnuts in my order had finger marks in them from where she kept attempting to pull two doughnuts at a timeresulting in her finger in some of them and she almost dropped the box twice. Once all was finally said and done, the young ladybrought my doughnuts to the window and smacked them down on my window seal of my vehicle instead of handing them to me. I guessthey were all to busy talking with the two young ladies in the lobby in street clothes, even though all the signs clearly statedthe lobby was closed to the public. Went by to get doughnuts at 7:25 drove around to order, didn't get a response, drove up to the window and a girl was standing... at the window, but walked off when we stopped. The store does not close until 8:00 . So instead of making sure they haddoughnuts they chose to let them run out and act like they were closed. Not a ideal way to run a business. Shame on the lazypeople working tonight. Read more

Went to the Lenoir location. Donuts were really good and fresh. Employees seemed like they didn't know who was doing what. We... were the only people in the store yet we had to wait over 10 minutes for 6 glazed donuts. Saw a car at the drive thru windowthat waited far longer than we did. They either need more training or mature supervision. Read more
The donuts look a lot smaller and the filled ones were barely filled very fast service and the girls was super sweet at the... window! No mask tho!! Nobody had a mask on! Read more
