Order took over an hour and 45 minutes. Updates on the order were sporadic and nowhere near accurate. Apparently the delivery... driver tried to make up for lost time by slamming all the pizzas around in the car. Read more
Ordered 45.00 worth of food they said they were very busy it would be 77 minutes . We said OK. After 80 minutes we went outside... to find our order cold sitting on the trash can. I called and complained to the Mgr. Who said call back when we're open and wewill make it hot. I called tonight and was told the manager that can ok that only works first shift. So now we can get it hot ifwe eat when they want us to eat I t. Customers for over 8 yrs very disappointed. Will be ordering from another pizza shop NDpassing this along. Read more
I called the store to see how long there wait time was for delivery and the lady that answered lied and told me that the wait... time wasn't but 30 to 40 min so I said yes I would like to place a order for delivery then after she took my order and mypayment the delivery time went up to a hour or a hour and a half so I had to have her change my order from delivery to pick up.If they would have been honest I would have gotten something else somewhere else.. Pizza is decent sometimes, but they are inconsistent. Some times the quality is superb, other times the pizza is super thin,... greasy and almost overcooked (cracker-like) crust. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, just wish they'd step up theirgame more often. Read more
This is the second bad experience with Papa Johns in Lenoir Nc in less than 1 week. My first was an online order for delivery... that was close to the cut off time for delivery that night. My order was canceled after I waited on it for 30 min without anyexplanation whatsoever from the store. Then today when I ordered I ordered from papajohns.Com. Papa Johns! NOT DOOR DASH. Myorder was re routed through door dash. I got a text saying my food left my local store 30 minutes prior to it arriving to myhome. Ok no problem maybe they had another person to deliver to. However, when I got my order it was beyond stale and COLD! Ipaid close to $50.00 for cold stale pizza and I also paid a delivery fee and a tip. I?m very disappointed with my experience. I will NOT be ordering or getting pizza from Papa Johns anymore and will not recommend anyone I know to do so either. Read more
Just ordered this terrible looking pizza, toppings are wrong and nothing but crust, manager said she doesn?t usually work at... that location so that was her excuse for sending out a pitiful pizza. Driver even said it looked terrible. Third time in a rowof having papa John?s let me down. Read more
