This is probably one of the worst subways to go to as far as customer service goes. I will not be going back to this particular... Subway. I stopped by this Subway today to grab a sandwich and all I can say is mistake mistake mistake. The boy fixing mysandwich was just ugh. It just irks me when you have someone fixing your food and you can just tell by their attitude that theywould rather be anywhere else than where they are currently. He was just throwing the veggies on my sandwich like he was mad orsomething. He had a look of aggravation and basically just looking tired and over it. I finally just asked him "are you ready togo or something because you look like you don't want to be here" and he replied with "yea I am. I'm sleepy and tired and Ilooked at the schedule wrong and came in earlier than what I was supposed to so I'm just ready to go" which is basically how hemade my sandwich.....tired and sleepy!!! I'm honestly over these places hiring individuals who don't give a flying flip aboutGOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and are there just to get a check. With this one I just took the loss and went to another Subway becauseain't no way I was about to eat that lazy lethargic sandwich that this person made....like Ugh!! One of the subways I've been to with subpar service. I think the manager needs to retrain their staff. The gentlemen who made my... sub barely put any rotisserie chicken on my #9 champ sub. And then he put like 4 pieces of green pepper on it and really thoughtthat was okay. So I had to constantly ask for more because he didn't seem to care to be there. If I could give 0 stars I would.I will never come back and encourage others to do the same so they can retrain their staff on how to make a sub. Especially ifyour going to charge 13 dollars for a salad and bread. Read more
0 stars if i could. Got here at 8:30pm, the open sign above the door was on and the hours on the window said they were open till... 9pm. Chairs were already up on the tables. Girl saw me pull up and ran to the door, made eye contact and locked the door. Thenstarted mopping the floor. Didn't even turn off the open sign. That's just rude and terrible customer service. Quit eating here5 years ago when one of the employees cussed me for laughing about them being out of ingredients for 3 sandwiches I ordered in arow. This was pre-covid. There's another subway literally in the Walmart in an ATTACHED parking lot, they have never been busyenough for that. I suspect it was her job to place the orders. I was just close to the store didn't go in but I really like their subs
I give it one star, and if I could I'd give it no stars. I ordered a six inch and got four inches. I ordered at the register on... accident I wasn't really paying attention. Its just instint, most places you order at a register. Well anyway the young brownhair girl just was so rude. She sqinted her eyes at me and said in a very rude manner, well you can start down their. I wantedto smack her to be honest but im not that type anymore. The disrespect was enough for me to never go back to this store.
