Sign says open at 8 but what they don't tell you is the dining room doesn't open till 9. When they follow their food preparation guidelines correctly their food is awesome. However one time when I visited Taco Bell I... ordered the crispy tacos Or hard shell tacos. And when they were preparing the meat which comes precooked in plastic bags, Theyboil these bags in water Until heated through. One of the bags had a hole in it and filled the bag with water. As a result theyended up serving tacos that were waterlogged. It was quite a nasty experience. As the water boiled all the flavor out of it. This Taco Bell has to have the slowest prep line I have ever seen, to have so many people " working " here. Most seemed as if... they were just walking around aimlessly. After ordering, I waited over 20 minutes to actually get my food, the drink dispenserin the dinning room wasn't working and the drinks they were giving out were flat. Same as any taco bell. The service really suffers due to staffing shortages. The food is exceptionally subpar. It's open late so... it's a third shifters go to but often times it's "cash only" or the "register is down". Very unprofessional! Yelling at each other and eating while working. Lack of management is what I saw. Waited forever for our... food. The drink machine was messed up when we said something they smarted off that nothing was wrong with it. Again the staffwas rude and very unprofessional! I ordered some tacos and they barely had any meat and one had nothing but a tiny slab of meat, no cheese, no lettuce NOTHING! I... was given 7 chips. 7. Waited in line for 20+ minutes just to be ripped off. Won't waste anymore time or money here. Went and got a cravings box and a steak crunch wrap and there was steak on half that. Then the tacos in the box were so soggy... they completely fell apart. So now we?re going elsewhere to spend more money to get actual edible food. Beyond upset. And wouldreally enjoy someone to reach out because this is ridiculous. This store is going downhill so fast.
