Drive thru is entirely too long. Chik fil a drive thru model seems to work best. Or, have longer, bigger orders pull forward... while taking care of easier, shorter orders. I watch many cars drive away at your drive thru line out of frusration with thelong wait. Those are dollars driving to another resturant that could have landed in you cash register. Read more
For some reason I didn't want just cooked fries mixed with bin fries. When I stopped them from doing just that I get told of... their process for removing old fries. I wasn't applying for a job, I just wanted fresh fries. Read more
The thin elderly lady at the drive through this morning was quite rude. They didn?t get all of my order, and when asked about it... she simply said we are out. No one said they were out of gravy and biscuits at the time of the order. But the lady at the drivethrough was unreasonably rude about the whole situation. It?s hard times, I wish people like this didn?t have to interact withthe public. Really hate it for her coworkers. Read more
Horrible customer service, lady running the drive through window was a total witch! Place was out of ice, gravy, and apparently... biscuits. Charged us for our sausage egg and cheese biscuit and never received it. It?s a shame you can?t find decent people towork now days. Read more
The staff are very lovely. My family and I had a large order here because I didn't want to make dinner since our AC was... unfortunately broken; therefore, we had to substitute dinner with fast food! We had a long wait because it was later in theevening and because this Bojangles was most likely short-staffed. I didn't mind the wait, however! My father was being a bitimpatient, so I'm sorry if this team of staff heard him being grumpy. The only thing that wasn't satisfactory is that one of theside orders was underfilled. The prices are steep, but that's not this specific location's fault. I think it was worth everypenny of my money, though. Thanks for dinner; it was delicious! Read more
Just ridiculous! Doesn't even deserve 1 Star..I've been going here for YEARS. I do understand that we have a labor crisis... because people just don't want to work but don't jeopardize your franchise with bad employees! I went here a few weeks ago andlike always order food and sweet tea, hit the interstate, get a drink of ICE WATER that I payed almost $3.00 for, REALLY? Mybiscuits fell apart because someone doesn't know how to make a biscuit? I pay extra, A LOT extra for egg today to be added to 2biscuits and I get THIS, burnt like leather eggs but for the money I was charged I could buy a DOZEN! I was thinking that Icould add pictures just to show everyone but I can't because you won't like that lol. Tighten Up Y'all! Ridiculous! I guess I'llgo to Burger King or Wendy's from now on! Every time we eat here it's always great! The manager and his wife are very nice, too. The food is always great and exactly... what you order. I'm giving it 5 stars because with our tons of visits to this Bojangles it's always been great! I did adrive-thru order and l ordered three Spicy Chicken Sandwiches since the lady at the drive-thru said they didn't have the SpicyFilllet Club Sandwich. Everyone is so nice whether you come for breakfast or dinner and they are always happy to help you.Everything is always great here! Read more
Always short handed, out of drinks, bo rounds, chicken once, leave food out that I've paid for, and a couple of them have... attitude issues. I got a chicken biscuit the other morning and 1/2 of it was just breading and no chicken. The breakfast lineinside and out is horrible almost every morning. Read more
