Service was very slow. We finished l Meal and dishes left on table in front of us for like 20 minutes. Food was not hot and just... mediocre. Waited so long for desert, my friend kindly got it to go. Read more

Wonderful place to eat! The food and drinks were very good - on par with other “nice” places (walnut kitchen, etc). The... aspects that would bring us back are the atmosphere and staff. Since the restaurant is in a converted home, it’s a very uniqueand relaxed environment. We had an opportunity to walk around and explore the home after our meal - it was very neat. The waitstaff, bartender and chef were phenomenal. Granted, we had an early reservation and not many folks were there yet, but the chefcame out and spoke to us before and after the meal to ensure it was dialed into our tastes. As a heads up, they do add anautomatic 22% gratuity which is clearly stated. Also, they are currently short-staffed, so they limit the number ofreservations. (If folks are looking for a job, you may want to contact them!) Read more

Quick Head’s Up for folks going to Citico’s. I saw a post from 5 months ago about a 22% service charge added to the bill. ... This was not inclusive of a tip so basically you would be adding anywhere from 37 to say 50% to your bill total. I thought thismight have been during the height of Covid to make ends meet but upon calling Citico’s today it is still ongoing. There aremany alternatives to pricing and food management than gouging customers who might dine there and be unaware of this existingpolicy. Read more

***HIDDEN GEM*** wow! First of this place is a house on the lake. A really nice house on the lake with great views, and a bar... set up downstairs that is just too cool. I heard there is a room down there that you can air bnb? So now to the food. My wifeswears that its the best dinner she has ever had in knoxville the other couple in our party agreed. We caroused the menu, goodshrimp app and tuna app. Lobster bisque was great. I had the shrimp and grits was awesome. The ladies had the prime rib pastwhich was amazing and the Mediterranean seafood pasta which were both excellent and the other dish was the pork loin w applechutney which stole the show. We finished with the cheesesteak and the lemon meringue pie. Cheesecake was good but themeringue was amazing. Oh and the old fashioned they made was awesome! Highly recommend, take your wallet. Atmosphere for romantic dining is the best. A bit too quiet for my taste. Best to go with a group. Food is above average but not... as creatively Gourmet as it used to be. Expect to pay about $100 a plate with a decent bottle of wine. Read more

Sunday brunch was SO good. Cinnamon roll French Toast, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit and homemade granola, prime rib, and my... own custom omelette. Definitely worth the price and the dining room is lovely. You need to make reservations, but it's a snap onOpen Table. The biscuits and gravy in particular were delicious. Read more
