This is at typical McDonald?s. The food is consistent and the inside is clean. They are slightly faster than most other fast... food drive-through?s in the area. And the staff is very friendly. I stopped by and ordered a double cheeseburger and a frenchfry after work one day. I can only handle eating McDonald?s a couple times a year because of the grease. As far as McDonald?sgoes the quality of the food in for this one might be slightly higher. Read more

I just got the best double quarter pounder, add cheese and bacon I have ever gotten at any McDonald's anywhere. Fries were good... and sweet tea was even right! This location has it going on! I have tried McDonald's all over the US, and not gonna lie, I'velearned not to expect much. This one could show the rest how it's supposed to be done. Read more
I'm not a big McDonald's guy. However when I am trying to get a fast meal, the lenoir city McDonald's is on their game for the... most part. If you go before the evening you are going to be served fast, accurately and they are friendly (enough, but not superfriendly). I can't recall a order being wrong or waiting more than a few minutes even in the busy lunch or breakfasttimes. Great job. Read more
Ordered a sausage egg biscuit on the kiosk. Wanted to get the real egg instead of the fake one, but the kiosk gave me no option... to substitute it. Went ahead and ordered it, then told the cashier if they could let the kitchen know before they made it. Wastold there's nothing I can do. You can talk to the manager if you want. Then went back to talking to his fellow cashier. Askedif they could please just walk around the corner and let the kitchen know. He threw his hands up, got sassy, and told the othercashier " ugh. Just handle this." Then walked away. She told 3 other people who just looked at me like I was stupid. They thenhanded me the incorrect meal and walked away. At this point figured it wasn't worth the effort to get it fixed. Wouldn't wannainconvenience the crew more than it seemed I already had. I'll never eat at this McDonald's again. I'm not one to leave badreviews unless I go through a truly terrible experience somewhere, that just stands out for how rude and unprofessional it was.I worked in food service for many years, so I have a level of understanding of what these crews go through on a day to daybasis. Ordered my food. Paid and got drinks. Got sent to next window. Waited 20 mins and didn't get food. Fiance went inside and the... Mexican lady got an attitude with him and then didn't want to give him our food. Our food was hot thank God but the attitudefrom the worker and the wait was not worth it honestly. The workers need to learn some manners and to not snatch stuff fromcustomers and needs to learn some customer service skill. Read more
Horrible experience. 3rd shift rude. Hangs up on you when you ask why they couldn?t have told me they weren?t 24hrs when I sat... in the drive thru for 10 minutes. So she just hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Won?t be back again Read more
