The food is always really good when you get what you ordered. Twice now I have ordered the big kahuna burrito and they have... forgotten to put the jalapenos on it! This kind of makes the burrito by giving it a sweet and spicy taste instead of it justtasting like you're eating sweet rice. We order as a group for lunch occasionally and I'm not the only one in the group that ithappens to. Legendary and an absolute staple of Lenox. Always worth the call ahead to see what the triple topper for the day is and always... bring cash or else you'll be walking to lobes to withdraw from the ATM. Honestly, it's the closest thing to a New York sliceyou're going to find in the Berkshires. Best of all it doesn't have to compete with Boema because they're both their own thing. Read more

Wowww!! I was looking for a pizza like those since I arrived USA yeeeaaars ago. Those are very thin crunchy pizzas, that look... and taste as the ones made in wood-fired oven (maybe they are made that way). No oilys. Covered with natural & fresh tomatosauce and delicious-fresh ingredients. I loved all that I tried ? We bought 4 different kind of them ?. If you go to Lenox inthe Berkshires, please stop to try them. You will be delighted. The large pizza is realy large & the price is insanelycheap. They also sell it by slices. If I could give this zero stars for service, I would. Incredibly rude person who was running the show. It was 4 pm when we... walked in. She couldn?t seat us for another 20 minutes, and then the pizza would arrive 30 minutes after we ordered. I saidwe?d just order takeout, and she said to get a menu, go out of the restaurant, decide what we wanted, then come back in when wewere ready to order. Though she spoke so rudely, we thought okay, it?s a small space, so that?s fine. We looked around for amenu, said we couldn?t find one. She ignored us in this small space, and finally another customer who was watching tooksympathy on us and gave us their menu. We decided what we wanted, then ordered. No receipt provided, cash only. After a fewminutes I asked her if she would call me, or how this would work (we were going to wait outside since it was hot inside). Shesaid 30 minutes from when I had ordered, I should go to the back and tell them my name and they?d give me the pizza. I wasn?tsure the exact time i had placed the order and clearly she wasn?t planning on being helpful, so I waited about 20 minutes, thenwent to the back. The pizza makers were incredulous that I was asking them, and that she had said I should go to the back, sothey called out to her. She then said she never said to go to the back, I was supposed to stay in the front. ??? Okay. Iwent back outside to wait. Finally the 2 pizzas we ordered arrived and I said thanks. We were really hungry by then, so wethought we?d just eat sitting on the chairs outside. We went back in to ask for napkins and she handed us 3 little napkins (forpizza! For 3 adults and 2 kids!). Anyway we ate a couple of slices and saw someone pick up another takeout order, carryingpizza boxes along with paper plates provided to them. The selection you can get at this pizza shack is pretty good and affordable, which is something you need in these times. I was... surprised how big the individual slice was for $3.50 and the cohesion of the ingredients. Even the spinach they did well on thepizza; a tricky thing to get right. I also had their Greek salad, which had plenty of toppings. Only reason I'm giving them 4and not a 5 is because the first time I tried ordering takeout, I was put on hold for more than five minutes and ended up havingto choose something else.
