Took my 12 year old here for a sandwich and would have left if it wouldnt have been a big thing. The girl touched everything... with her gloves on...glasses, head set, pants, microwave. Daughter liked her sandwich but had no idea of the grossness. Read more

Oh my god!! Put the veggies on the cutting table while my sandwich was toasting then scooped it all up to put on my sandwich.... This place is a joke. Took the one kid David working 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. And he didnt even close them beforerolling them up. So all the sauce is on the wrapper. Its like he was working in slow motion. Ordered through subway app on 5/29/2022 around 4:15 PM. Order was to be ready at 4:35 PM. I showed up to the store to pick up... my food. Sign on door said lobby closed. Went to drive through nobody answered at speaker. Pulled up to the window to be toldthe person working had closed up and left a few minutes earlier. Person there was called in to clean up and did not know how tomake sandwiches. So I left with no food and no refund. Read more

If I could give no stars for this store I would. Customer service needs to be thoroughly explained to the manager Tim. When... requested for the bread not be toasted, the store also did not cook the meat or the cheese and placed it directly on thesandwich in cold clumps. They also failed to include our bags of chips. Instead of just replacing the sandwich, he asked thatthe sandwich be returned to him (so much for the convenience of home delivery) and he blamed the dasher. My husband took theitem to the store and was surprised to witness the arrogance and aggressive nature of a so called manager. He must have thoughthe was untouchable because once he finally agreed to refund the order, he actually refunded someone else's order on their card.Shame on us for not checking. Definitely do not recommend doing business with this store if this is who they hire to representtheir brand. Read more

My son and I went there on Monday night. While ordering the sandwich she asked me if I would like it toasted. I said no. She... toasted the sub anyway. When I was handed the sub it was very warm. I said I?m sorry I didn?t want the sandwich toasted. Theemployee asked me if I would like her to fix it. I replied yes please. She takes the sandwich walks away. A couple minutes latercomes back. Hands me the exact same sandwich only this time she placed the toasted sandwich in a bag of ice!!!! Really a bag ofice was going to do what? I can?t believe how rude and disrespectful that was. I emailed subway as well. They have yet to evenrespond. Clearly the employees there do not care about how they treat people and the blatant disrespect of putting a sandwich ina bag of ice like I was too stupid to figure it out. Will never go back there ever again Read more

Definitely not one of the better Subway locations from my experience. Employees looked like their jobs were slowly killing their... will to live. A bit dirty, especially if you tend to look under the tables and in the corners. Sloppily swept floors can easilytranslate to sloppily kept food storage/prep. Sandwich was presented decently however so I can't be too harsh. Probably won'tstop back in though. Read more
