The food was disgusting and stale. Salads did not consist of lettuce mainly croutons. Dressing tasted old. Chilli was a paste... and salty. Missing items. Calling restaurant did not fix problem instead made it worse as they kept redirecting me to thirdparty for help. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to in order to give review! Read more
We went to the Leominster Ma Chili's for dinner on 9/17/22 for my son's birthday...I ordered the 10oz sirloin medium along with... the loaded mash and the rice... However, my steak was a little overcooked but not too bad, my side dishes were cold,I informedour waitress about it and she took the 2 sides back, in the meantime, my overcooked steak was drying up even more so I decidedto just start eating it... By the time the server came back with my 2 sides, I had already finished my bad steak and still noapology from the waitress or manager or an attempt to make things right... Then to cap things off we informed the waitress thatit was my son's 12th birthday and we ordered some dessert for him... She didn't even bother acknowledging him and at least wishhim a happy birthday,a kind gesture like wishing him a happy birthday was apparently beneath her... The food sucks and the staffis even worse... We could've went to McDonald's and gotten better service. Read more
Hello, I was a customer here for 23 years. And this is my sons favorite restaurant. The Last time I stopped by, the food was... horrible nothing like I was eating for the past 23 years. My sons food was REALLY undercooked. My food was way to salty. Andwhen I ordered a drink, It took 20 minutes for them to tell me they don?t have that drink available I ordered a different drink,and it still was horrible. However, our waitress was very nice and apologized, because the team had NO bartenders at the time. Ireally this can change soon. I spoke with the manager and he explained that there really understaffed. I hope this restaurantcan change for the better. And I really didn?t want to write a bad review for this. Since me and my son LOVE this restaurant.But I feel like I had to. Maybe this way I can help you guys change for the better. Read more
The day before I visited the Chili?s in Leominster, I ate at the Chili?s in Auburn. I hadn?t been in a Chili?s in years! I... ordered the same thing both times, but, as the saying goes, one of these things is not like the other. I ordered the baconchicken quesadilla both times. In Auburn it was GREAT. It was beautifully presented, crispy, and with lots of filling. The nextday in Leominster I was served a mess! It looked thrown on the plate. The accompanying lettuce and pico looked wilted and old.There was hardly any filling and it was not evenly distributed and the quesadilla was cut up helter-skelter and not very cooked.Some triangles were tiny and not even stuck together since there was almost no filling. If I had gotten this version of the dishfirst, I would never have returned to Chilis again. Leominster gets 3 stars for the good service, but even the service in Auburnwas better. Both places were equally busy and only moderately at that, so that?s no excuse. Should I try a third location andsee what the norm is? Read more
We got in right away, which was nice on a black Friday. The food we ordered was either overcooked or undercooked, which happens.... It was still not bad. Would have been 4 stars until I went to pay. They are trying to change math I guess because when your billis 24.42 and then for tip their 20% tip is 7.21, that's a little sus. Not that the servers don't deserve that, but ours didn't. Read more
Love the food! Good location and parking area. The hostess didn't received us and the entrance and the waitress for that day... didn't reach our expectations. Two things very important when customers visit for the first time. Read more
