I have tried to go at 7:15 6 times in the last 3 weeks and they keep closing early. If you?re not going to stay open for the... whole time you?re listed as open change your hours so people stop wasting their time. I was one of 4 cars that pulled up andwere turned away. This place used short staffing as their excuse for everything. Place an order an hour ahead of time? show up it's not even made... yet. Ice cream texture is pretty good. They added just a small amount of mix-ins. The mix-ins were small in size. Nothing like the... advertised photos. A step up from grocery store ice cream though. Would visit again if shopping nearby. Read more
Typically never have had a bad experience from this location but the last 2 times have been awful. I order a pint to last us a... few weeks well last time I got it home and had some and there was nuts in it (I did not order nuts) thankfully me nor my husbandare allergic and now this time the ice cream tastes like peanut butter! Although Zoe was alone and there seemed to be a momentary rush she was extremely confident and very pleasant. I decided to try a... smoothie strawberry banana which I had gotten other places that have since moved or gone out of business. I was notdisappointed. Seriously, it is delicious. The first picture is a cake I?ve gotten from this location before. The second picture is what I received for a friends birthday... cake. The last is what I did to make it look presentable. Contacted coldstone about it. Manager told me she thought the cakelooked fine and told me how she said happy birthday Meghanne wouldn?t fit. I have been to Coldstone several times in the past few years, but let me start off by saying I do not enjoy ice cream as a rule.... Hard serve or soft serve, I'm a couple of bites type of person and then I'm done; however, my husband and my children loveColdstone. Not just the ice cream itself, but, the toppings as well. Coldstone has toppings that most people wouldn't think ofputting in their ice cream. Such as, gummy bears (my youngest's favorite addition) combined with oreos. In short, if you canimagine the most twisted ice cream and additions combinations, I'm certain they'd make it for you. Service is hit or miss,theonly reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 (since my family swears by the ice cream itself).
