Former employee here If I could give 0 stars, I would. I worked @ the Leominster shop for roughly 3 months. In the short period... I was employed there, I had alway responded adequately (as I had in any other previous job) to customers and followed protocolas best as I could (as any REAL employee with a correct work ethic should) Long story short, I was "suspended" without anywarning, only an immediate, verbal "sit down" as to what they "believed" I did wrong. The manager who spoke with me, Dan King,even threatened and falsely accused me of a potential felony charge, credit card tip fraud. This was solely on "suspicion byother STAFF" ... no customer complaints were or involvement was ever made. Because of this, they had also sent me my lastpaycheck 5 WEEKS LATE and never thought to respond to the 2 messages that I had sent management regarding the "findings" oftheir accusations. I had sought out a private attorney for damages, yet to no avail as the MA Attorney General was completelyuseless in enforcing my case as they seem to cater to the "WOKE" culture. This situation caused an EXTREME BOOMERANG IN MYLIFE, as I have a small landscape, drainage and concrete company that I am working to build as my primary source of income,however, I intended Boston Pie Inc (Domino's) to be used to offset all private expenses which, most importantly, included theexpenses for all of the medical and health-related bills for my partner and our our soon-to-be son. This company took away fromTHEIR well-being, not mine. Should you inquire any customers who remembered me serving them at the time, I guarantee you thatvirtually all of them would have nothing except outstanding words to say regarding my performance, ethic and attitude. Themajority of the other staff on the other hand, was nothing except lazy and entitled adult children. We particularly enjoy the Domino's Tracker where we can watch our pizza cooked in 12 minutes and then sitting on the counter... growing bacteria while it waits an hour for a delivery driver to make it's way to us. Once we do actually get the food, the coldrubbery mess inside the box makes for a nice treat for the dog. Read more

We ordered eight pizzas for pickup. They gave us nine and two of them were not even pizza on the list. That would have been fine... but when I called back to get the pizza I ordered they started being truly condescending and correcting us making like we werewrong. Here's a question. If you sent us two of the wrong pizzas that were never on the list you might be the one makingmistakes not the customer. They are so rude there. But you know for a big order you wouldn't want to be nice and correct theissue in a good customer service way. Instead condescend to the customer and make like they gave you the wrong order.Unbelievable. Read more
I decided to do a pick up which I haven?t done in a long time every time I order from the Central St., Domino?s thin crust pizza... I always get a burger or barely any cheese or barely any items that I chosen I?ve taken a picture justice place so people cansee what I?m talking about Hunter is the person that was preparing my pizza and that?s why I believe that whatever name is putout there should hold the responsibility and he needs to be retrained because I don?t believe that a thin crust should be burntI?ve been eating thin crust pizza from Domino?s places and other places for quite a long time but this place seems to like toburn their pizza sorry truth is the truth and I?m only across the street, I believe that they took their time in joking aroundinstead of doing what they need to do. Last time I ordered was two years ago now I remember why I didn?t order from here I hopethey do change and I hope they get better because this is the one Domino?s around our area don?t take advantage of thatDomino?s. it's no use having a website to place orders if the pizzas don't come out the way we ordered, I ordered a chicken pizza with... bacon, they sent me a cheese pizza it was still cold. Horrible worst experience I have ever had. Read more
Ordered a Brooklyn crust vegetarian. Got a pepperoni and sausage pizza. Super greasy. Not great
