Ridiculous on how they can't make coffee I've been going there the last year. I do order ahead im fully aware it's the busy time... when I order so I give them a half hour to make my coffee it's either wrong or not there and I still have to wait! Today theywanted proof I ordered my coffee when I gave them the proof the girl had to keep going on about how people steal coffee andproceeded to take another 10 min to make my coffee for the money you pay for coffee now they should really train there employeesbetter in customer service I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else ! I'd give no stars if I could. Management was HORRENDOUS to their staff, I stood around waiting for my coffee after already... getting my sandwich! I asked the manager who was standing around talking down about his employees to help with my coffee &instead of making it he tells me they're working on it & has the poor front girl make it. I told him I wanted him to make itbecause he was standing around doing nothing. Read more

I ordered from my DD app and when I got to the drive up they didn't have my donuts I ordered and when I got home 1 of my cups... was not what I ordered , I got a large hot tea but received a coffee with some cream in it which ended up getting dumped downthe sink. It wasn't worth my time to drive back to this DD which was clear across the city. It seems DD doesn't care aboutgetting it right only making you leave the window for the next person. I just wanted to order some coffee before work. The attitude I received speaks of poor management. Allocate rolls well so... different people aren?t asking me the same question several times, and let customers know what?s happening instead of lettingthem stand there confused. I didn?t need to hear ?We?re trying here, lady? as I left. I didn?t say anything rude. I was justconfused since I wasn?t being filled into what was happening. I was left to stand there with no clue what was happening for awhile. If three people can?t handle a small gas station Dunkin? Donuts, that?s sad. I?d have me and one other person take careof the fast food place I used to work at with way more people relatively well and much faster. You have to have certain peopledo certain things and communicate instead of just everyone being everywhere. Like I saw one person pour a drink and another putthe lid on... seriously, that?s such a waste of time. Have one person make the drinks and food, one at the window and alsomaking occasional warm food since it is right there next to them, and one at the front and supporting drink person AFTERcustomers have been talked to in the least.
