I ordered some chicken pad Thai from here tonight and an order of spring rolls. The spring rolls are deep fried- which was not... what I was hoping as spring rolls are traditionally fresh. Chicken pad Thai was awful. Bland and had an almost sour flavor. Iinformed them when I placed the order that I only had a $50 for my food. It came to $16 something and when I handed the drivermy money he tried to walk away. I asked him for change and was expecting to give him a tip but as expected, he did not havechange. He again tried to leave with my money but I told him to come back around with the proper change to which he wasn?tpleased. Pretty poor service all around and will not order again. Read more
Ordered here many times and had excellent food. Tonight the food was unacceptable. The food was all burnt. Hair in my fried... rice. The duck sauce they give in the cup was super runny like they added water. Almost $50 for what ended up mostly in thetrash. Read more
The food is pretty good here but it?s the serving sizes that really make it 100% worthwhile. Every time I have ordered here they... have given me enough food to last about 3-4 meals and it?s great! On top of that they have really great prices! Read more
Prices have gone up but the food is delicious. At least they make everything fresh. The customer service is very good Everytime... I go there. I get my grandmother food here when we want lunch. I highly recommend the beef teriyaki. It's tender and fresh. Sogood. Read more
Absolutely good for a quick Chinese food dinner. I just moved here from NY and tried 2 other places before Jade but I wasn?t as... satisfied with those places. This place reminds me of the place next to my old house growing up I used to get from all the time. Read more
Unfortunately over the course of the pandemic, the quality of the food here has diminished. The last straw was a recent order... placed with them. Pork Fried Rice that was just loaded with soy sauce and nothing else, undercooked appetizers & poorlypackaged food that had duck sauce spilled on in the bag. I used to always enjoy food from here since the 90s, but they lost acustomer for good. Read more
