This is by far the worst experience. To start, I picked up my order and when I got home, I realized there was no steak in the... food. I called and was asked to drive back to return it. I got no apology for this. Well I should have eaten the food withoutthe steak because what I got back after returning to the restaurant was a salty overcooked steak. The salt level was none thatI've tasted before. It felt sharp on the tongue. Long story short, this food ended up in the trash and I wasted my gas nd timewith the two trips. Meh. It was lunch, but everything tasted like it had been cooking for days, and not in a good way. It definitely didn't have the... brightness of fresh, quality ingredients that I have had with some other Moe's. The restaurant was very clean, though. I doubt Iwould go back. Read more

Worst Moe?s I?ve been to. Our burritos were barely filled, I?ve had bigger tacos. The pitifully tiny burritos were so bitter and... salty. I?ve never had a worse experience at a Moe?s or really any burrito place. Read more

Edit: Response to Moe's:. You may not typically put salt on the steak when cooking it but someone that was working there last... night did and put a ton of salt on it. As I mentioned I've been to this location a ton of times and this time the steak wasextremely salty. There is absolutely zero denying this as other customers were complaining about it as well. Lastly unlesswhoever is responding is clearly not filling every queso cup that is bought and you will get a half full cup when buying a largethe majority of times. Period. It's weird because Moe's is typically generous with portions but not with queso. Also, this postis primarily about the salt that was added to the meat. Regardless of whether Moe's policy is to salt or not This Moe'slocation is usually very good and typically I would of given a 4-5 star review. Unfortunately tonight Thursday aug-25-2022 wecame in to eat and the steak for the burritos had been extremely over salted. When I say way to much salt I mean, literally wayto much salt and not the typical amount of salt from steak, salt from seasoning, etc. I'm talking like whoever cooked it on thegrill literally must of accidentally dumped over the salt container or forgot that they salted it and added more. There was noreturning it and asking to make a new one because it would of just been another salty steak burrito. Very disappointed and Iwill not be coming back for awhile due to having my Moe's fix for awhile after eating a quarter of burrito and throwing away therest. 2 burritos, one with extra steak, came to 26+ dollars after tip. I should of just throw that money out of the window. Itwas that bad and salty. Service was ok.
