My wife and I decided a week ago to use a gift certificate to Outback that had been a gift from long ago. We had not been to... Outback for quite a while, and frankly, forgotten how great the entire experience can be! We both ordered a combination dinner,consisting of an 8 ounce center cut sirloin and one add on. My wife added on the blooming shrimp, and I added on The AliceSprings chicken. We each had a delicious fresh salad prior to the meal. The salad was very generous for a side salad! Oursteaks were done perfectly... Medium rare, tender and scrumptious! They were prepared, as we requested, with no added salt tocomply with our salt restricted diet. The chicken and shrimp were great as well. Just as impressive as the meal was theservice! Our waiter, Sam (Sam The Man) was friendly and personable, but also very professional. Each portion of our meals wasserved promptly from the warm brown bread to the salad to the entrée! The pacing was great, and we never felt rushed! Hechecked on our meal and refilled our water glasses, and inquired if I would like my soda refilled. He also brought us extrabread. Actually, we were so impressed with both the waiter and the meal that we asked to see the manager so that we couldextend our thanks in person! We still have one more Outback gift certificate in reserve, and we are eager to use it one daysoon for another trip to Outback! Read more

We stopped in today. We were seated immediately. Everyone was friendly and professional. The place was spotless. My daughter and... I both have allergies. Her allergies are severe. They went above and beyond, to make sure our food was safe and that we enjoyedour experience. Tom, the managing partner, and Hannah, our server were absolutely amazing. So I brought my daughter here for her birthday, there were 3 of us and our server must not have liked us at all because our... service was not very good. It is sad when you?re just trying to enjoy your time and you?re spending hundreds of dollars youreally have the expectation of a great experience. First of when seated we waited a while for someone to come over and take ourdrink orders. I just chalked it up to maybe they were busy but we had been waiting for about a half hour at this point so wealready decided what we wanted to complete our order from drinks, Appetizers, entrees, and deserts. So our server comes over andtakes our drink order and runs off only coming back with my daughters lemonade and leaving us for another 30 mins withoutdrinks, no bread or anything, comes back again and ask for or appetizer order and again runs off we still have no drinks, noteven water, 15 mins later she brings over our plates for appetizers and takes our order but no drinks no food still and theentire time just ignoring the male in our party, ignoring his questions, at one point I even said ?you could take his ordersince he is already speaking? so here is a picture of after being there for about an hour, everything is ordered but we have nodrinks, no food, and our server is ignoring us at all cost. We made the best of it an pretended to eat, trying to laugh and havefun since we were there for a birthday. Finally our drinks come, our appetizers came out cold, we never got the iconic outbackbread, and all of the sides to our meal come out with the appetizers. So strange usually if you order steak with a side ofpotatoes they?d come out together. We waited a very long time for the entrees to come and by then the sides were cold. One ofthe other servers asked if we needed anything and we said ?water, bread, carry out containers? that stuff came as we were readyto order desert to go and leave. Friendly Staff. Food arrives in a timely manner. We never have any issues. Description of food in the pictures. The Bean-less... Chile was awesome, tased soooooooo good. A bit of a spice, but not bad. Sirloin was cooked perfectly, the chicken was very good.The baked potato, can't really go wrong. Definitely will be going back, soon, need more Chili haha Read more
The only good thing about this experience was our server Dawn. She was absolutely incredible. Other than that it was terrible.... Waited over an hour for food. The place wasn't even 1/4 full. When we got our food mine was messed up and my girlfriends shrimpwas way overcooked making it rubbery. My sandwich had honey mustard on it and other stuff I had not asked for. I know the serverwrote it down right because I saw her write it down. We voted not to say anything for fear of how much longer we would have towait to get more food.
