I go to other Panera Bread locations on a regular basis in middlesex County and Southern NH. Food is mostly good. I know... exactly what to order and how they should taste. This was first time here. First they got the order wrong. Then I got themto fix that. But the reason for most of the stars missing was the food and drink. Everything seemed to taste off and weird ina bad way. Food and drink was not good. That was unexpected. I won't be coming back here when I am in Leominster. Read more

Friendly staff, great food, good atmosphere. The restaurant was clean. I got the flatbread which was awesome. No complaints.
Got two sandwiches. Bread is warm and has crust. Loving it.. would come here again
Food is fantastic. But the fact that my coffee was missed with my lunch order. And then was the wrong size even with the order... was stuck to it was annoying. The woman told me I got what I paid for. She needs to study the sizes. I get the same thing allthe time. It wasn't the right size, and didn't match up with what was on the receipt. Even when I showed her. Granted they werevery busy, I did point it out and was told I'm wrong. The customer isn't always right.. but, I certainly was. Read more
Our visit to this Panera today was frustrating to say the least. We?ve ordered from other Panera?s and have never had a bad... experience. We ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for one of our kiddos and we received the components for the sandwich,and were told to ?make it ourselves.? The food prep staff was pretty rude and acted like we were making a fuss by asking to havea metal knife to spread the pretty much frozen peanut butter. I get it that some people have nut allergies....but then why evenoffer it as an option if I?m going to have to make it myself. Do they not want families to come here? Read more

@paolaclaudialavoie Looks like they updated the place a little. It was clean and service was fast. They have new food on the... menu and it was delicious. They also have new interactive ordering stations, so you don't even have to talk to anyone. It makesfor a super fast in and out. You can pick a mug instead of a paper cup for your coffee. They keep them on the counter and youcan serve yourself. Pretty cool. Read more
