Best pizza ???? ???? in the entire history of mankind. I once asked an employee where they get the sauce and what they do to it,... the guy gave me the website on the side of can and told me they do nothing, they just use it strait outta can, I am patientlyawaiting my delivery of a 6 pound can of sauce. I got delivery from them they forgot part of our order but they use door dash and don?t have there own drivers so instead of... bringing out what was missing they make you take a refund . The girl on the phone was very rude and pretty much sounded stonedout of her mind it took 3 people to talk to me just to get the same outcome . If you are looking to order delivery from thislocation I would think again and go elsewhere. Read more

I think it's a little outrageous to charge $20 for a salad I asked for extra chicken all it is is a pile of lettuce. lettuce... don't cost that much!! I made a comment today in the leominster Papa Gino's that it was ridiculous to charge that much. The girlthat was at the register seem to get upset at the fact that I made a comment and as she was giving me my change she slammed hermoney drawer shut. I told her if she slammed it any harder she might break it LOL I go to Papa Gino's all the time it's myfavorite place to eat but if you keep charging this kind of money I'm going to stop bringing my business there!! I've probably eaten pizza in every state and 5 countries. These people rock. When delivered I didn't get napkins. You're gonna... need them. The sausage was fantastic. Vegetables we great. I got it with everything. And extra sause . I'm not much on crust. Ithink crust is a delivery method ????. But I ate it all. Thnx. Door dash for throwing it around. Read more
Your typical papa ginos, which we have always loved their pizza! My visit this time was Pick-up and I was a bit disappointed... that this location does not offer curbside Pick-up, as most restaurants do. I had to go inside. However the place seemed prettyclean. A bit disorganized and chaotic but still the pizza was good as were the wings and my favorite cinnamon sticks werefabulous as always, but I do suggest pitching in the extra bit of $ to get a second icing, one is not enough! I was doing a Door Dash order for this location and boy it was a hefty one. 8 pizzas, order of breadsticks, and 10 other various... items on their menu. It was a $300 order. They were given no heads up when this order came through, and they still got thatorder into my hands on time!! They even let me borrow some of their own pizza bags to make my trip that much easier, and sincethe drop off location was the UMass Memorial Hospital in Leominster, it was very much needed. I'd give them 6 stars on thisinteraction alone if I was allowed to. Read more
